Job Description

This role requires residing in the Russia market, where the primary responsibilities include local product sales, customer relationship management, and planning and executing marketing activities.


1. Customer Development and Project Acquisition:

Develop local clients, maintain pre-sale and post-sale customer relationships, facilitate order completion, and foster strategic partnerships.

Provide customized project solutions, successfully acquire projects, sign contracts with clients, and achieve sales targets


2. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research and analysis on market development, demand, and competitive dynamics in the local market.


3. Marketing Management:

Develop client acquisition plans, sales targets, sales plans, and payment recovery plans for the local area.


4. Event Planning and Execution: 

Assist the local business unit and the Overseas Marketing Division in planning and executing marketing activities, including major client visits. Design and implement promotional activities suited for international markets, such as advertising, public relations events, and online marketing.


5. Intercultural Communication:

Act as a bridge between different markets and cultures, ensuring effective communication to guarantee the success of marketing activities.







RECRUIT

Job Requirement

1.Full-time undergraduate or above, majors in international trade, minority languages, etc. are preferred.


2.Familiar with the local market, strong market development capabilities, experience in commercial vehicle or construction machinery sales to major customers is preferred.


3.Possess market research, data analysis, sales performance indicator analysis, risk management and other capabilities.


4.Adapt to irregular international and domestic business trips, strong stress resistance, able to accept high-intensity work.


5.Business negotiation skills in English or other languages
