Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources manager to lead our HR function in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on creating positive work cultures and effective leadership to drive employee satisfaction and productivity.
1.Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the company's growth in the Mexican market.
2.Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
3.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
4.Build and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
5.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives support business strategies.
6.Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR
In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Spanish and Chinese, EN is a plus.
