Product Development Engineer
Location:
Bangkok, Thailand
Selangor, Malaysia
Tongna/Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Tracking and analysing industry product information, identifying product application development trend;
Responsible for the formulation development of new products;
Efficiently identify customer technical needs, provide customers with high-quality technical solutions, leading the direction of industry technology development;
Focus on technical solutions, including pre-sales customer demand understanding, product specific development technology work, customer technical support after mass production of products and other related work, and tracking customer feedback on product issues, put forward systematic solutions;
Combined with the development of technology and product requirements, constantly push the boundaries of innovation, to achieve continuous upgrading of products to meet market demand.
Master degree or above, majoring in polymer materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, composite materials and other related majors;
Strong research and innovation spirit, with certain scientific research results (thesis/patent) is preferred;
Clear thinking, good communication skills, teamwork ability, strong resistance to stress and frustration.
