We are seeking experienced Key Accountant Manager to join our business the team in Germany/ USA.
Based in: Wiesbaden, Germany

Develop and maintain key accounts in the electrical and electronic engineering sector, building and sustaining strong customer relationships. Formulate and execute key-account sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions along with after-sales service.
Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activity, and provide input for product and market strategies.
Participate in commercial negotiations, secure sales contracts, and monitor contract fulfillment.
Bachelor’s degree or above in polymer science, materials, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of owning and managing strategic accounts with decision-making power or significant influence.
At least one full-process project experience from 0 to 1, from development to implementation is essential. Candidates with C-suite or supply-chain networks are strongly preferred.
Proactive, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of achievement and the ability to withstand pressure.
Ability to build and maintain high-level customer relationships.
Identify with the company culture and devote yourself to sales work.
