Your Duties Will Be

• Responsible for the achievement of the business targets in the country of operation, including new signings, collections, and revenue.

• Responsible for sorting out key projects, formulating follow-up plans and strategies, and understanding the key bidding work such as the situation of competitors and the contact with key decision-makers of clients.

• Responsible for the follow-up of projects, technical clarification, and contract negotiation.

• Responsible for the implementation of new contract, as well as end-to-end management of the subsequent execution, including coordinating equipment manufacturing follow-up, factory inspection, dispatch, on-site service, and final acceptance at the construction site.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts / partners, visit customers, and promote the company's products.

• Coordinate the overall arrangements and technical-related work of design liaison, production acceptance, site assembly, and service entry for ongoing projects.

• Responsible for the handling of international business documents related to the project.

We Want You If You Have

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• More than 3 years of experience in market development in the construction machinery industry.

• Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.

• Good team collaboration and project management skills.
