Serve as the company’s primary technical spokesperson, leading deep-dive discussions with top-tier domestic and international partners, operators and research institutes.
Present at global telecom summits, benchmark emerging technologies and feed insights directly into corporate R&D roadmaps.
Executive-Level Customer Liaison
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level clients worldwide; translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions that accelerate deal closure and long-term cooperation.
Solution Architect & Integrator
Orchestrate cross-functional resources (R&D, product, sales, operations) to design end-to-end, future-proof solutions that satisfy a wide array of project and customer requirements.
Market & Policy Scout
Continuously monitor global telecom markets, competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts; deliver forward-looking intelligence reports that guide product planning, market expansion and corporate strategy.
Strategic Storyteller
Develop and refine strategic narratives, white papers and demo materials that turn sophisticated technologies into compelling stories for external marketing, customer pitches and internal training.

Education: Ph.D. in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines with solid theoretical foundations.
Language Skills:Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus) to conduct international business and publish technical content.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of 5G, communication algorithms, AI-driven telecom applications, cloud-network convergence, etc.
Proven ability to execute independent industry studies; publication record or relevant project achievements preferred.
Communication&Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills; proven success working in multicultural teams and sustaining long-term client relationships.
Additional Competencies: Fast learner with strong adaptability to the rapid pace of the telecom industry; sharp market insight and analytical mindset.
