Duties
Execute the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment in accordance with the company's standards and procedures.
Effectively track and resolve all after-sales service issues, including equipment failures, repairs, and replacements.
Provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and offer satisfactory solutions.
Regularly report to the management team on the reliability and maintenance status of equipment, and propose improvement suggestions.
Be adaptable to the requirements of business travel.

Qualifications
Short-term business trips are required both locally and internationally to provide technical support to neighboring countries, and compliance with the company's work arrangements is necessary.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical commissioning, with proficiency in using PLCs for troubleshooting. Preference will be given to those with electrical skill certificates.
Preference will be given to those with experience in independently installing and commissioning mechanical ancillary equipment (such as rotary tables, probes, tool setters, etc.).
Have strong interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships and handle customer requests and inquiries.
Fluent business English.
