岗位职责
Responsibilities
Precise Positioning & Go-to-Market Strategy:
Translate product genre and performance data into sharp user personas and craft end-to-end go-to-market plans for overseas territories.
Regional Team Build-Up:
Assemble and scale the regional marketing squad in line with project milestones, assigning granular ownership across key overseas markets.
Partnership Ecosystem:
Source, negotiate, and nurture long-term relationships with international media, platforms, agencies, and other strategic partners.
Global Event Roadmap:
Design the annual overseas trade-show and event calendar, then drive on-site execution to maximize brand impact and lead generation.
Data-Driven Ownership & Optimization:
Own the product’s performance metrics abroad; continuously tune regional marketing tactics based on live data to hit KPIs and ROI targets.
任职要求
Requirements
Proficient in English for daily business communication.
Strong internal and external communication skills; adept at analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Passionate about gaming; a deep interest in ACG culture is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least two overseas product launches.
Experience managing a team of 5 or more people is preferred.
