The Role
We are now seeking a talented Podcast Host to join the radio program production team at our global headquarters in Beijing, China.
Duties
Independently led the full - process production of humanities - themed podcasts (in social culture, history, and technology directions), including topic planning, guest invitation, script design, recording, and post - production review.
Crafted the show's unique characteristics with a personal style (such as narrative, interview - based, or hybrid formats) to enhance listener retention and brand recognition.
Led a young team to incubate new podcasts, providing hands - on training in topic logic, interviewing skills, and vocal expressiveness.
Assisted in optimizing the content - production process (such as topic - meeting mechanisms and cross - team collaboration division of labor).
Qualifications
Native English speaker, bachelor degree or above.
More than 7 years of full-process experience in podcasting, including topic planning, guest invitation, script design, recording and post-review.
Familiar with Chinese culture, experience of working, studying and living in China is preferred.
Have your own unique hosting style and be good at attracting listeners.
