3.1 加纳国家可可销售公司（CMC）承诺严格按照可可商业联盟（FCC）所制定的质量参数标准来销售可可豆。
The CMC promise to supply Cocoa beans in strict accordance with the quality parameters set by the Federation of Cocoa Commerce (FCC).
3.2 加纳国家可可销售公司（CMC）仅允许发运质量参数高于国际最低标准第一等级和第二等级的可可豆，质量和执行受 FCC 质量和仲裁准则的承诺与保护。买家可以通过 FCC 所约定的仲裁条款发起索赔。
The CMC only supply Grade 1 and Grade 2 quality beans which has quality parameters below the minimum international standards. Beans quality and execution are guaranteed and protected by the FCC quality and arbitration rules. The buyer has always recourse to compensation through arbitration as spelt out in the FCC rules.

1 、大宗商品现货交易：spot marketing of bulk commodities
2、 现货定价：伦敦可可期货三个月内价格（CIF LONDON）+（80-180 英镑/吨）溢价，最终定价及供货数量取决于 CMC 当前的库存水平；
Spot pricing: London Cocoa futures price in three months（CIF LONDON）+ (80-180 pounds /MT) premium. The final pricing and supply quantity depends on the current inventory level of the CMC.
2.1 加纳国家可可销售公司对全球采购商实行统一加价标准。
The CMC applies a uniform premium standard to all registered purchasers worldwide.
3、中国境内供货人民币价格= R x CIF x（1+T+V+TxV）+ P+ F

3.2 如客户选择中国境外交易模式且自行安排运输，则相应的将成交条款由 CIF变更为 FOB 加纳港口；
If the buyer prefers the transaction outside China with GBP/USD and choose to arrange shipment by themselves, then the trading terms will be changed from CIF CMP to FOB GHANA PORT.
1、可可豆采购的付款方式为-交单付现（CAD），但如有必要,CMC 公司保留坚持开立信用证和款到再发货的权利。
Payment for the purchase of cocoa beans is by D/P cash (CAD), but CMC reserves the right to insist on L/C and payment to re-shipment if necessary.
1.1出口商发货后将单据交予进口商，进口商收到单据后付款。

1.2 CAD-交单付现的付款方式要求买方将以下装运单据（提单、发票、箱单、装港检测报告、及其他买方所需的单据…..）提交至买方银行，买方付款之后取得货权。
Under the Cash Against Document Policy shipping documents(Bill of
Laden, invoice etc....) are presented to the buyer’s bank for payment. The buyer
then has title to the goods upon receipt of shipping documents.
2.1 每3 个月为一个船期标准（10 月/12 月，11 月/1 月，12 月/2 月……），买家通知发货必须提前至少提前 15 天告知卖家相关船运信息。
Every 3 months is a sailing date standard (October /12 month, November/1 month, December /2 month...) The buyer must inform the seller of the relevant shipping information at least 15 days in advance prior to notification of shipment.
1、可可销售公司直接装运往中国的可可每年平均为 5千吨（不包括间接装运）。
Company (CMC) ships an average of 5 tones of cocoa directly (excludes indirect shipments) to China.
2、最低起运量：往所有主要卸货港的可可豆合同最低起运量为 50 公吨。
Minimum capacity: the minimum shipment of cocoa beans to all the main discharging ports is 50 tones.
1、可可豆合同每三个月一签，从每年 10-12 月份开始，直至次年 7-9 月。交易方式为 CIF(到岸价成交-成本+运费+保险)，买家负责指定装运方式及到货港口，可可销售公司负责按照合同约定按时装运可可豆。
Contracts for beans are on a three-monthly basis starting with October/December through to July/September of the following year. The buyer is responsible for shipment declarations specifying method of shipment and shipment port. The CMC is then responsible to ship the contracted beans within the agreed contracted 3 monthly period since sales are generally based on CIF basis.
六、其他信息 （Other Information）
1、加纳生产佛拉斯特罗可可，并从 Amelonado 和 Amazonia 品种杂交研发了二代品种。
Garner produces Forastero cocoa. The second generation of hybrid products was developed from Amelonado and Amazonia varieties.
可可种植跨越半落叶林区的阿善堤，布朗阿哈福，中部，西部，东部和伏尔塔。
Cocoa cultivation across the semi- deciduous forest regions of Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Eastern, Western and Volta.
3、降雨量：加纳可可豆生长地区的降雨量范围为每年 1200 毫米到 1600 毫米。
Rainfall: The rainfall regimes of areas in Ghana where cocoa is grown range from 1200mm to 1600 mm annually.
4、 温度：可可能在温度为 30～32℃和最低 18-21℃的地区茁壮成长。年平均气温在 25°C 左右。
Temperature: Cocoa can also thrive in areas with temperatures of 30-32 °C maximum and 18-21°C minimum. The average annual temperature should be around 25°C.
Ghana supplies good fermented cocoa beans, which comes in natural brown colour.
加纳生产有机可可和无机可可的混合物，其中 95%以上是无机的。COCOBOD已经批准了一家认证可可收购公司，以促进农民生产和采购有机可可。可可公司给加纳几乎所有可可农提供了有机肥料的优先次序。有机可可由控制联盟认证，并进行年度审计和更新。此外，还有与农民团体和持牌买家合作的认证项目。

Ghana produces a blend of both organic and inorganic cocoa, with over 95% being inorganic. COCOBOD has licensed a certified cocoa buying company to facilitate the production and sourcing of organic cocoa from farmers. This notwithstanding, COCOBOD prioritizes the supply of organic fertilizers to almost all cocoa farmers in Ghana. The organic cocoa is certified by the Control Union and is subject to annual audit and renewal. Additionally, there are ongoing certification programs in partnership with farmers’ groups and licensed buyers.
The various certifications programmes are: A.UTZ B. Rainforest Alliance C. Fairtrade.

The approved herbicide for cocoa cultivation is Glyphosate.
8、收获季节：可可收获的时期是从当年十月到次年九月，分为主作物/季节（十月-三月）和中作物/季节（四月-九月）。
Harvest season：The Cacao calendar runs from October to September with a split of Main Crop/season (October – March) and Mid-Crop/season (April – September).
9、 干燥工艺：加纳可可豆是 100%晒干的，在干燥后具有天然褐色的颜色。
Drying process: Garner's cocoa beans are 100% sun dried.Ghana’s cocoa beans comes with a natural brownish color, after drying.
10、 分拣和分级：加纳可可豆按豆的总数分级，可可豆总数<重作物的大小每 100个平均 100 克<轻作物的大小 110 个平均 100 克。
Ghana’s cocoa beans are graded on based on beans count. Beans count < 100 per 100g is Main Crop Size< 110 per 100g is Light Crop Size.
Fumigation:The chemical used for cocoa fumigation is Deltamethrin ULV.
12、豆类包装:豆类通常用黄麻袋放置集装箱或散装船运输。
Beans Packing：Beans are generally in jute bags, with shipments done in either bags or bulk.
13、 货运：出货是根据买方的要求，集装箱或散装发货。推荐集装箱发货。
Shipment：Shipments are done in either containerised bags or in bulk, depending on buyer’s requirements.Recommended container delivery.
14、 社会责任：加纳的可可豆生产过程对社会负责，没有最恶劣形式的童工、贩卖案”，以监测遵守情况，并持续使农民重视。
Social compliance：Cocoa production processes in Ghana are socially responsible and devoid of worst forms of child labour, child trafficking or child slavery. Ghana has instituted a national level programme, “National Programme for the Elimination of Worst Forms of Child Labour in Cocoa (NPELC)” to monitor compliance and continually sensitize farmers.
15、认证：加纳的可可豆符合欧洲、美国、日本和亚洲的所有国际可可质量标准。来自加纳的可可豆被视为全球传统可可的质量基准。
Certifications：Ghana’s cocoa beans conform to all international cocoa quality standards for Europe, US.A and Asia including Japan. Cocoa beans from Ghana is prominently seen as the quality benchmark for global conventional cocoa.
16、总结：加纳可可豆在世界市场上的价格溢价更高。来自加纳的可可因其脂肪含量稍高、碎屑含量较低、油脂产量较高以及豆类缺陷程度较低而受到青睐。它最适合加工巧克力口味的酒。因此，它比德国、尼日利亚或南美国家对可可豆的溢价更高。
Summary：Garner's cocoa bean has a higher premium in the world market. Cocoa from Ghana is favored for its slightly higher fat content, lower debris content, higher butter production and lower legume defect. It can produce wines that are most suitable for chocolate flavors. Therefore, it has a higher premium on cocoa beans than Germany, Nigeria or South American countries.
