It will improve public support services in the fields of education, housing, and medical care, and cooperate with Zhuhai and Macao in talent support, in order to build an international high-end talent base with global competitiveness.
In addition, according to these measures, Hengqin will provide a series of talent subsidies. It supports overseas students to start their businesses in the zone, and those who are eligible will be granted a project subsidy of up to one million RMB. Moreover, the zone will also offer subsidies to qualified Macao talents who work full-time in Hengqin in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation, law, medical care, education, and construction engineering, with a maximum subsidy of 60,000 RMB each.
