为了更好的增进我们团队的凝聚力和社交技能，公司举办了一场故事交流活动：每人分享2个高情商和2个低情商的故事，大家以多种形式积极参与其中：讲故事、讲书、唱双簧、脱口秀等；体现了高、低两种情商对处理事情的不同结果，以提高团队在情绪管理、人际交往、自我意识和同理心等方面的能力和水平。此次交流会活动氛围轻松有趣，受益匪浅。
In order to enhance the cohesion and social skills of our team, the company held a story exchange activity: each person shared 2 high emotional intelligence and 2 low emotional intelligence stories, and everyone actively participated in various forms such as storytelling, singing double reed, talk shows, etc; This reflects the different outcomes of high and low emotional intelligence in handling things, in order to improve the team's abilities and levels in emotional management, interpersonal communication, self-awareness, and empathy. The atmosphere of this exchange meeting was relaxed and interesting, and I benefited greatly from it.
