E - Port Visa (for foreign exhibitors invited by Shanghai entities):
The Shanghai inviting entity applies through the "One - Network - For - All" platform. You do not need to submit additional paper materials, but ensure that the inviting entity has accurately entered your personal information, including name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, etc.
You may need to provide proof of cooperation with the inviting entity, such as a cooperation agreement, invitation letter, etc. (subject to the system prompts when the inviting entity applies).
口岸签证（适用于外省市参展企业邀请的外籍展客商）：
本人或邀请单位向上海口岸签证机关递交申请，需提供有效护照原件，护照有效期应至少在预计离境日期后还有 6 个月以上。
外省市参展企业出具的邀请函，明确您的个人信息、来访目的、停留期限等内容。
可能需提供往返机票预订单及在华住宿证明。
Port Visa (for foreign exhibitors invited by non - Shanghai exhibiting enterprises):
You or the inviting unit submits an application to the Shanghai port visa authority and needs to provide the original valid passport. The validity period of the passport should be at least 6 months after the expected departure date.
An invitation letter issued by the non - Shanghai exhibiting enterprise, clearly stating your personal information, purpose of visit, length of stay, etc.
You may need to provide a round - trip flight reservation and proof of accommodation in China.
往届展客商、专业观众换发多次入境有效签证：
原护照及有效签证原件，需确保原签证仍在有效期内或有多次入境记录。
过往参加进博会的证明材料，如参展证复印件、展会相关照片、业务往来邮件等，以证明您的往届参展身份。
填写完整的签证申请表，注明申请换发多次入境有效签证的原因及期望的签证有效期。
