JOB  TITLE: Industrialization Manager

LOCATION : Ningbo

REPORTING TO: China Director

The Company

A French company specialized in electronics and opto-electronics, designs, manufactures and markets a large range of controllers and sensors for automation using different detection technologies. The head quarter is in France, from product design to the final production. And there is also a factory in Ningbo of China, to quickly satisfy the Asian markets.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing industrialization projects for new products in China, building up  and following up budgets & schedules, defining a product cost.

• Assisting the French design department in its communications with the customers in China.

• With the support of the French design,industrialization & quality departments, set-up the production line of each project in China  (working instructions, equipment, assembly line layout, quality control plan, test benches…).

• Following-up and supporting the product certificationin China.

• Setting up the references and documents needed for order management between the company in China & France and Chinese customer.

• Keep a good and regular relationship with below parts:

         -  Design, Industrialization, 

            Purchasing and Quality 

           departments from France.

         -  Production, Purchasing, 

            Quality and  Sales 

            departments from China.

         -  Chinese customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical background in Electronical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 5-10 years of working experience, including several  years in factories in China.

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and if possible, written).

• If possible, Fluency in French (spoken & written).

• Experience in Electronic board integration into final products (including plastic injection, cables, hydraulic parts…).

• Experience in product development /industrialization project management.

• Experience in Western / French companies.

• Independent and structured way of working with strong  interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

• Highly committed and reliable.
