- Help define and achieve sales objectives regarding the PRC sales.
制定和实现中国区域的销售指标。
- Understand the Chinese market, the products/services to sell in priority, anticipate and plan the financial and human resources required to achieve the success of the sales strategy.
了解中国市场,以销售产品和服务为目标,参与和计划相关的财务和人力资源工作,实现销售目标。
- Contribute to generating the margins required for the sustainability of the company's
development.
为保证公司的持续稳定发展努力实现公司的利润额。
Sales development

- Prospect new customers in China and identify new potential sales partners.
开发新的中国客户和寻找潜在的销售伙伴。
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio including local and international companies.
开发和维护国内和国外客户关系。
- Coordinate and develop a network of partners and agents.
协调和开发销售伙伴和代理商的网络。
Sales and aftersales
销售和售后服务
- Sell products and services with the support of the company resources (price definition done
by France) and according to targets defined by the company's executive management (sales
revenue, margins, customer satisfaction...).
在总部资源(法国总部制定价格)的支持下销售产品和提供服务,完成公司总部的管理层制定的
任务(营业额,利润和顾客满意度)。
- Negotiate contracts with the support of the sales department.
在销售部门的支持下参与合同谈判。
- Follow the progress of the project and contract fulfillement.
跟进项目完成进度和合同签订情况。
- Help the administrative monitoring of the contract and deliveries, contribute to the success of the deliveries.
协助行政人员监控销售合同的邮寄情况。
- Carry out aftersales actions (spare parts & service sales, report incidents to the technical
departments & follow the corrective actions).
负责售后服务(备用零件和售后服务,向技术部门报告意外情况,并进行补救和修正)。
Technical coordination
技术协调
- Understand the need of the customer and communicate with the French technical
departments to ensure a coherent offer
了解客户的需求,与法国技术部门沟通并提供相应的支持。
- With the help of the French technical departments, defend the technical choices behind the sales offer.
在法国技术部门的帮助下,维护销售报价后面的技术选择。
- Support the teams (customer communication interfaces) during the realisation of the
contract, especially the project management & installation teams.
在合同持续期间协助其他团队的工作(如客户沟通),尤其是项目管理和设备安装的团队。
The qualifications:
资格要求:
- 7+ years of working experience.
7年以上工作经验。
- Engineer or Master degree with a major in foundry, mechanics or electronics.
工程师和硕士学历,机械、电子或铸件相关专业。
- Familiarity with electrics & hydraulics is secundary.
熟悉电子和液压产品。
- Network and connections in the foundry industry, especially in the automotive or offroad
(construction & agricultural) sectors.
有铸件行业网络资源,尤其是汽车、建筑和农业行业。
- Ability to develop additional networks.
开发新客户的能力。
- Negotiation skills.
良好的谈判能力。
- Experience in engineering and/or foundry design office or production/process department
(being familiar with how a foundry line operates is a plus).
有工程和/铸造设计或生产/加工部门(熟悉铸造生产线如何运作)的经验。
- A knowledge/experience about Automated finishing (line, cells, equipment/robot) would be a plus.
有自动化生产线/设备/机器人相关知识/经验优先。
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
良好的英语听说读写能力。
- Ability to use MS Office.
能使用office软件。
- Ability to read technical drawings (dwg, pdf formats are the most common).
能看懂技术图纸(最常见的DWG和PDF格式)。
- Potential / willingness for team management.
有团队管理能力。
The Location:
First year in Shanghai,then depending on the candidate and market
工作地点:
第一年工作地点在上海,之后取决于人选和市场
