A French company created in 2003. It specializes in tailor-made high-end Corporate Gifts:  the excellence of craftsmanship dedicated to their products.

It promotes luxury/qualitative products made in France, such as leather goods, stationery, silk items, candles and so on.

It proposes the skills of the French craftsmanship to B2B customers (Promotional items, GWP, derivative products,…) and also offer a wide range of different products from other countries, especially for products non-related to French know-how (such as high tech goods or some textile).

它向B2B客户提供法国工艺技能(促销品,GWP,衍生产品......),并提供来自其他国家的各种不同产品,特别是与法国专有技术无关的产品(如高 科技产品或一些纺织品)。


Responsibilities:

- Prospection of new accounts on the Chinese market 

- Follow-up of existing clients 

- Negotiation & signature of contracts

- Sales reporting (using HUBSPOT CRM) and feedback to HQ and Singapore subsidiary

- Manage orders from Chinese customers

- Approval of the samples prior to delivery to clients 

- Follow-up with suppliers

- Payments (issuing and follow-up of invoices) 


岗位职责:

- 挖掘中国潜在新客户

- 跟进已有客户

- 协商&签署合同

- 使用 HUBSPOT CRM汇报销售情况并且向总公司和新加坡分公司反馈

- 处理中国客户订单

- 交货给客户前确认样品

- 跟进供应商

- 处理付款 (开发票,跟进发票事宜)


Requirements:

- Strong product culture is required with craftsman knowhow sensitivity

- Knowhow not only European but as well Asian/Japanese/Chinese/etc., e.g. communication oriented by products

- Passion of the product and craftsman

- Strong commercial attitude – ‘drive’ to approach new clients and maintain existing client portfolio; negotiation skills

- Entrepreneurial skills and sales reporting

- Good organisational and communication skills

- Good written communication (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be appreciated)

- Languages: Mandarin Chinese and English are a must, French is very appreciated 

- Comprehension and integration of the company values

 - 不仅要了解欧洲、亚洲、日本、中国,实现以产品为导向的交流

 - 热爱产品,崇尚匠人精神

 - 具备商业导向的思维,能够接近新客户并维持现有客户,具备谈判技巧

 - 具备创业技能,能够撰写销售报告

 - 逻辑分明,擅长与人沟通

 - 擅长书面沟通,熟练使用Word,Excel,Powerpoint(能够使用Adobe Illustrator或Photoshop加分)

 - 语言:普通话,英语(法语加分)

 - 能够理解和综合公司的价值观


薪资:年薪 240-360K CNY + 佣金

工作地点: 上海
