近日，中国石化集团资本有限公司（简称“资本公司”）投资入股北京中科富海低温科技有限公司（简称“中科富海”），积极布局氢能及氦资源综合开发应用领域。
Recently,Sinopec Capital Co.,Ltd. （hereinafter referred to as Sinopec Capital）has made strategic investment in Beijing SinoscienceFullcryo Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fullcryo),which is a further expansion into fields of hydrogen energy and helium resources.

本轮融资由资本公司领投，与中化资本创投、农业银行、北汽福田等知名投资机构和产业资本共同完成，投资总金额3亿元人民币。
This round of investment was led by Sinopec Capital and jointly completed with well-known investment institutions and industrial capitals.

Fullcryo specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of large-scale cryogenic equipment with a working temperature between 2K-20K that satisfy various large-scale scientific facility. In order to relax China’s helium demand requirement,the LNG BOG helium extraction technology has been developed.A full-set solution for hydrogen liquefaction is designed for booming hydrogen energy industry. Moreover, Fullcryo also actively engage in the release and sale of equipment that extracts industrial gases and rare gases and the supply of relevant gases.

This investment is a concrete measure for Sinopec Capital to implement Sinopec’s vision of "building the world- leading clean energy and chemical company". Cooperation will be deepened to further promoting the large-scale application of hydrogen energy as well as ensuring the security of Helium resources in China.
