8月2日，中国石化集团资本有限公司与庄信万丰（中国）贸易有限公司签署合作备忘录，标志着双方开始积极对话，探索在中国开展绿氢和蓝氢、燃料电池、脱碳技术和循环经济业务的共同可能性。
On 2nd August 2022, A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Sinopec Capital and Johnson Matthey China signals the start of active dialogues to explore joint possibilities across green and blue hydrogen, fuel cells, decarbonisation technologies and circular economy business in China.
中国石化集团资本有限公司副董事长、总经理周美云先生说：“中国石化党组已经确定了长期发展战略目标，要打造中国第一氢能公司和世界领先洁净能源化工公司。中国石化正在致力于大力开发和使用各项碳减排技术包括节能降耗、绿色能源替代以及碳捕集、利用和封存技术（CCUS）等，争取在2060年以前完成碳中和目标。我们希望通过与庄信万丰在低碳、绿色能源等领域的深度合作，全力支持中国30/60碳达峰碳中和战略目标的实现。”

We wish to have a deep collaboration with Johnson Matthey in carbon reduction and green energy fields to fully support achieving China’s national strategic goal of 30/60 carbon peak/carbon neutralization.”
