Sinopec Capital Invested in Shanghai SUNWISE to Build Its Presence in Hydrogen Equipment
近日，中国石化集团资本有限公司（以下简称“资本公司”）与上海舜华新能源系统有限公司（以下简称“上海舜华”）签署增资协议，宣布战略入股上海舜华，积极布局氢能装备领域。
Recently, Sinopec Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinopec Capital) has made strategic investment in Shanghai SUNWISE Energy System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai SUNWISE"), with the Capital Increase Agreement signed.
上海舜华成立于2004年8月，是国内领先的氢能整体解决方案供应商。
Established in August 2004, Shanghai SUNWISE is a leading hydrogen energy total solution provider in China.
核心团队科研背景深厚，主导及参与国家科技部、国家发改委及上海市科委等主办单位的课题项目近30项；主编参编了氢能标准17项，其中包括国家标准11项。
Its core team has great strength in scientific research, and has led or participated in up to 30 projects organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. It has also led or participated in the compilation of 17 hydrogen energy standards, including 11 national standards.
公司通过自主研发在氢能技术应用方面形成了全面完整的技术体系，是国家工信部“专精特新”小巨人企业，“燃料电池汽车供氢关键技术”和“高压氢气供给系统关键技术”等多项核心技术获得行业内高度认可。
Shanghai SUNWISE has formed a comprehensive and complete technological system in the application of hydrogen energy technology through independent research and development, and has been awarded the title of “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative Little Giant” by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. A number of its core technologies such as "Key Technology of FCV Hydrogen Refueling" and "Key Technology of High-Pressure Hydrogen Supply System" have been highly recognized in the industry.

本次投资将推动资本公司、上海舜华及其现有股东国电投三方在加氢、供氢、氢能综合利用等领域开展更加广泛的密切合作，助力集团实现“中国第一氢能公司”目标。
The transaction will facilitate more extensive and close cooperation among Sinopec Capital, Shanghai SUNWISE and its existing shareholder, State Power Investment Corporation, in the fields of hydrogen refueling, hydrogen supply, and comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy, and help Sinopec Group achieve its goal of becoming China's leading hydrogen company.
