部门简介
作为银行的安全警卫，反欺诈及风险管理组的业务覆盖到香港，澳门和加拿大。它是个人财富银行信用风险管理的生命周期的关键要素，通过有效的客户账户活动来监测，发现和防止有关信用卡、贷款、保险申请的欺诈行为，最大限度地减少潜在损失，保护客户和银行的利益。该过程包括与客户联系以核实细节，根据客户的答复采取必要行动，并根据全球欺诈程序审查、调查、补救和升级欺诈风险事项。

1. 良好的沟通能力和技巧；
2. 良好的客户服务意识并愿意从事客户服务工作；
3. 粤语流利，思路清晰，语言表达能力强，擅于沟通；
4. 熟练操作办公软件，具备良好的英语沟通及读写能力；
5. 接受轮班安排优先考虑。
