

Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, Shanghai
This position is responsible primarily for overseeing day-to-day marketing activities of the company’s e-commerce business in China. To develop and implement marketing campaigns and CRM programs to drive traffic to the company’s e-commerce platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Oversee all marketing related activities on e-commerce platforms, including the company’s official e-commerce site and other e-commerce platforms e.g. Tmall.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the company’s e-commerce platforms and to achieve other business objectives.
Identify relevant insights on target audience and competitors.
Develop and implement CRM programs to increase membership base and visits to the company’s e-commerce sites.
Strategic partnerships with media, key opinion leaders, model or celebrity agencies to perform effective marketing campaigns and projects.
Manage social media platforms including weibo, weixin, etc.
Brand stewardship. Ensure all communication are in brand’s tone and banner.
Work closely with other departments including Retail Operation, Product and Creative to ensure all campaigns and communications are delivered effectively to achieve the business objectives.
