Institutional Sales Manager,Based in:Changsha
Overall Objectives (Performance Measurement)
1、To develop institutional sales in his/her respective region.
2、Mobilize CRM database for direct sales opportunity.
3、Continuously keep regular contact and good relationship with current VIPs to maintain sales
4、Opportunity and also explore sales opportunity via VIPs’s VIP.
Responsibilities
1、Develop business opportunity for institutional sales(corporate gifting, trade incentive, Company event, private banquet etc.
2、Develop initial potential pool of VIP through networking with key contracts like Trade, Business associates, contract through colleagues and friends etc.
3、Regular contact with current VIPs to ensure they keep on buying, understanding their needs and explore new VIPs through VIP.
4、Work closely with Marketing team & local Sales Team on new promotion idea.
5、Implement programs as agreed with RSD/RM and Marketing team.
