ONE-HR有幸得到校华南理工大学外国语学院的邀请，我们参加了留学生学院组织的企业与留学生的见面交流会。我们参会的目的是希望借此机会招聘一些符合猎头特质的优质学生跟公司共同成长，一起开拓海外的市场。

Per the invitation of South China University of Technology, we attended the employment communication forum for foreign student. Because the oversea recruitment of our clients is expanding very fast and we hope to give more support to our client and therefore we are expanding our oversea recruitment team recently.

The perfect team member should have both very good Chinese and English skills, so that they can easily communicate with the local Chinese person who is willing to develop their career overseas and can speak with those local persons who are willing to work for Chinese enterprise locally.

招聘外籍员工是我们建立海外招聘团队的第一次尝试。我们希望能够搭建一个高效的团队，帮助客户解决核心团队的招聘问题，实现海外的快速扩张。

Helping chinese companies to develop and expand oversea market is our mission. To expand business overseas, the first and the most important thing are to help them building up a highly effective and efficient team.

在海外扩张，建立核心团队是任何公司发展的第一步，也是最重要的一步。
