常州三和塑胶有限公司是专业生产NBR/PVC、EPDM/CR、PE、EVA四大类十大发泡系列产品及其深度加工制品的中日合资企业。公司由日本国三和化工株式会社、中国常州凯通塑业有限公司等实体组成，公司以其40年合资合作的成功发展史而享誉海内外。
公司座落于常州武进高新技术开发区，占地面积37000m2，建筑面积24000m2；拥有模压板材、挤出板材发泡设备47台（套），剖切、滚切、冲切、涂胶等加工设备51台（套），其中主要发泡、加工设备全部从日本、德国等国引进；年各类板材发泡能力55000m3。
公司各系列产品具有吸声降噪、阻尼密封、隔热保温、导电防静电等不同特性，广泛应用于暖通净化、汽车车辆、电子仪器、家用电器、浮力救生、保健护理等领域，为国内诸多行业、知名企业所青睐并远销北美、欧洲以及日本、中东、东南亚等20多个国家和地区。

Changzhou Sanhe Plastic Rubber Company is a Sino-Japan Joint Venture which specialized in producing four ranges of foaming material of NBR/PVC, EPDM/CR, PE, EVA. The company is mainly set up by Sanwa Kako Co.,Ltd. and Changzhou Kaitong Plastic Rubber Co.,Ltd and have a worldwide reputation for 40 years’ of successful cooperation history. 
Located in Wujin Hi-Tech industrial zone, the company covers an area of 37000 square meters, with a construction area of 24000 square meters. The company possesses 47 production lines for extruded and molded foam and has 51 sets of modern processing equipment for foam skiving, slitting, die-cutting and adhesive covering. With these key equipments imported from Japan and Germany, the annual production capacity of company reaches 55000 cubic meters of various foaming material.
With diversified characters such as sound absorption, noise reduction, sealing and damping, shock absorption, thermal insulation, heat preservation, conductive and anti-static, our various varieties of products are widely used in fields of HVAC system, Automobile industry, electronic instruments, household electric appliance, life-saving buoyancy and health care and sold well all over China, and have exported to more than 20 countries and areas including North America, Europe, Japan, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
