Fengfa's headquarter and R&D center are located in Shenzhen, with two motor production bases in Laiwu, Shandong Province and Anyang, Henan Province, which have complete intelligent production lines.
Fengfa Science and Technology currently has 79 authorized patents in the field of motor, control system related professional, including 25 invention patents, more than 10 invention patents under substantive review, and one of the invention patents won the 2019 National Excellent Patent Award. The switched reluctance speed control motor series products developed and produced by the R&D team of Fengfa Technology after more than ten years have reached the low-voltage full-power series (including explosion-proof), high-voltage series, automotive series, and are widely used in the fields of industrial energy saving, new energy commercial vehicles and other motor drive-related fields. In addition to occupying a certain market share in the domestic market, Fenghua's motor products have also successfully entered the international high-end market, and has established a strategic partnership with France's TLD Group, a leading professional manufacturer of airport ground handling equipment, laying a solid foundation for China's high-efficiency motors to enter the international arena.

（6）具有优良的动态特性，适用于频繁起动、频繁正反转的场合，特别适用于电动车驱动装置及工业电气传动等领域。
（1）结构简单、稳定性好：开关磁阻调速电机因为转子没有绕组、永磁体、滑环等，定子上也只有简单的绕组，所以工艺/结构简单，制作成本相比其他电机更低。开关磁阻调速电机转速适应范围高，可用于高转速的场景，且因为没有永磁体，不用考虑永磁体高温、强震下消磁的特性，能适用于高温、强震动下的环境。
（2）启动转矩大，无冲击起动电流：开关磁阻电机具有软启动特性，没有普通交流电动机起动电流大于5-7倍额定电流的现象，启动电流仅为额定电流的0.3-0.7倍，避免对电网、电池的冲击。开关磁阻电机系统从电源侧吸收较少的电流，在电动机侧可得到获得较大的启动转矩。当启动电流为额定电流的15%时，启动转矩为100%额定转矩;当启动电流为额定电流的30%时，启动转矩可以达到其额定扭矩的250%。开关磁阻电机启动电流小、扭矩大的优势非常明显，特别适合那些需要重载启动、长时间低速重载运行、加速启动、频繁启停的场合。
（3）高效节能：在宽广的调速和功率范围内，开关磁阻电机系统是比异步电机、永磁同步电机系统效率高，开关磁阻调速电机在低速，轻负荷，频繁启停工作状态下节能效果明显，经实测数据，在工业传动领域，风发科技开关磁阻比异步电机节能15%以上，在新能源重卡、装载机等领域，相比永磁同步电机节能20%以上。
（4）调速性能：电机的最高工作转速为额定转速的 0--1.5倍。
（5）控制系统自身还有很多的保护功能，如过流、过压、过载保护等，有效的保护了电机设备正常运行，增加了电机设备使用寿命，无冲击启动电流、无冲击反馈电流可有效延长电池使用寿命，相同行驶里程因节电性能卓越，可减少电池容量，达到降本增效的目的。
（1）工业高效节能产品
主要应用于冶金行业（工业泵、浮选机、风机、搅拌机、浮选机等）、石化机械设备（抽油机），纺织机械、锻压/冲压机械设备等工业传动领域。
（2）纯电动轨道车电机驱动系统
研发出世界首台小曲径半径通过能力的纯电动轨道车，并已应用于以色列特拉维夫的地铁项目，通过“双欧标”认可。
（3）纯电动机场地勤设备电机驱动系统
配套企业为世界机场地勤设备龙头企业-法国TLD集团，对比日本KDS电机的节电率达到24.6%。
（4）新能源重卡电机驱动系统
性能可实现柴油车同级状态，可重载爬坡；馈电效率高，长距离下坡不会因为效率低发热引发喷水制动；高效区间广，动态性能优秀，全范围内运行效率高，较原电机可实现20%以上的续航里程增加；无冲击启动和反馈电流，对磷酸铁锂电池及氢燃料电池友好，有效延长电池使用寿命。
（5）新能源装载机电机驱动系统
具有低速大扭矩特性，有效提升系统效率；高效区间广，动态性能优秀，全范围内运行效率高，持续工作时间可达6.5小时，弥补原电机只能工作5小时，达不到一班工作的缺陷，与永磁系统实测对比，节电率28.18%

开关磁阻电机系统（SRD)选择12/8极结构，通过参数优化，提升电机性能，降低制造成本，便于推广应用；调整电机的极靴比例，增加电感的重叠系数，以得到更平均的磁拉力，有效降低转矩脉动，减小电机本体的振动噪声；在控制上，对换相点结合了转子位置检测和电流的幅值提出了新的控制策略，减小了电机输出力矩脉动。整体技术水平达到国内领先水平。
