萨省紧缺职业技术移民，也叫萨省无雇主担保技术移民，是萨省省提名技术移民项目之一，适合没有受到萨省当地雇主雇佣，但是职业符合萨省人力资源市场需求以及其他申请条件的申请人。2018年7月16日开始实施EOI新政，将由EOI系统择优录取取代之前的“先到先得”。

该项目下分为两个类别：EE类和非EE类。EE类需要入联邦EE池等候筛选，雅思需满足至少CLB7（听读写说分别为：6/6/6/6）；非EE类为纸质申请模式，无需入池，雅思满足CLB4（听读写说分别为：4.5/3.5/4.0/4.0）即可申请。
