Job Description - Business Director Assistant – China Mainland
由于业务的不断发展壮大，我们急需一位优秀的应届毕业生或职场新人加入我们的团队，担任总监助理的职位.
We are in the process of expanding new markets, so we need a prominent assistant for our Business Director. The responsibilities and qualifications are as below:
岗位职责/Responsibilities:
理解并掌握VVR上海的商业策略、业务及项目策划、项目预算以及目标。
Fully understand VVR Shanghai on business strategy and plan, budget and goals.
协助总监进行客户拜访以及需求分析，关注每个项目进度，协助总监对整个项目的顺利实施进行把控。
Assist Director with client processing, follow the whole procedure of each project.
协助总监完成例如准备相关会议资料以及翻译文件等日常行政工作。
Assist Director with routine administrative works such as preparing related materials for meetings and providing translation/interpretation support;
总监布置的其他相关任务。
Other assignments required by Business Director.
知识能力以及经验/Knowledge & Experience:
本科/硕士工商管理等相关专业毕业。
Bachelor/Master degree major in business related domain.
英语以及中文流利，会法语者优先。
Fluent in English & Chinese, good at French is a plus.
熟练掌握办公软件，如Word, Excel 以及 PPT。
Master office software such as Word, Excel and PPT.
有咨询公司从事总监助理工作经验者优先。
Similar experience in working as a business assistant in consulting companies is better.
工作能力/Competencies:
良好的沟通交流能力，可能与其他同事、客户以及供应商无障碍交流。
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all level of employees /clients /suppliers.
良好的团队合作能力，能够高效地和团队成员配合完成任务。
Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team.
良好的抗压能力，能够适应不断变化的工作内容和工作环境。
Ability to work under high pressure independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
能够积极主动，充满热情地完成每一个任务。
Self-motivated and energetic.
