The missons and responsiblity

工作职责:

- Build successful business strategies for Energy, Mobility and Industry market, both at national and local level.

针对能源、移动交通和工业市场制定成功的国家和区域层面的销售策略。
- Build and maintain key partnerships with Key Accounts (Utility company, OEM, Industries) and National/Local authorities.
开发和维护大客户(多用途运载车公司,OEM,工业客户)关系和国家/区域层面的政府关系。
- Manage and develop a dynamic sales network: agents, distributors, sub-contractors…
管理和开发销售网络,如代理商,分销商和分包商等。
- Manage offer process and complex contracts, with the support of the corporate teams.
在公司团队的协助下,负责报价流程和合同管理。
- Develop innovative and sustainable business case and packaged offer to differentiate the Company vs competitors.
开发创新和可持续型的业务和报价组合,来区分于竞争对手。
- Represent the Company in Hydrogen Associations and create a dynamic hydrogen the Company “eco-system” (partners, companies with synergetic activities such as fleet lease, hydrogen distribution networks...). 
在氢协会代表公司,创造动态氢的公司“生态系统”(合作伙伴,公司与协同活动如车队租赁,氢分销网络……)。
- Contribute to the growth and implementation of the Company in China and Asia.
致力于提升公司在中国和亚洲的市场扩展。

The qualifications
资格要求:
- 15+ years in Gas or Energy Sector and successful experience in Sales and Business Development (mini 5 years)
15年及以上燃气和能源行业经验,其中至少5年成功的销售和业务开发经验。
- Engineer or Master Degree in Science
理工科背景或硕士学历。
- Chinese native and English Fluent
良好的中英文听说读写能力。
- Experience in product launch and/or new market creation, contract management and negotiation, project TCO calculation (TCO calculation tools are available to help in this endeavour), sales team management, P&L management, project management (familiar with how a project works, follow contract progress - not expected to manage projects) 
有新产品上市/开发新市场经验,有合同管理和谈判经验,有项目总所有成本管理经验(最好懂总所有成本分析工具 ),有销售团队管理经验,公司损益管理经验,项目管理经验(了解项目的开展过程,跟进合同签订流程,不需要管理具体项目)。
- Familiar with hydrogen technology, energy technology, industrial process
熟悉氢能源,新能源科技和相关工业流程。
- With ability of leadership, innovative vision, customer orientation, business driven, pragmatism, rigor, autonomy, conviction and sense of purpose regarding environmental friendly/green solutions
具有领导能力、创新视野、客户导向、商业驱动、务实、严谨、自主性、和致力于环境友好/绿色解决方案的使命感。
- A strong background in Industry and/or Energy market will be an advantage. 
在工业和/或能源市场的强大背景将是一个优势。
