The company isalso a leader in the storage and distribution of materials for orthopedicimplants and for the corresponding surgical instrumentation with warehouse inShanghai.

一家法国公司,主要销售各种半成品钛、钛合金、医疗和航空应用不锈钢产品,  该公司同时也是医疗领域重要的原材料仓储商。提供的真空重熔不锈钢,钴铬钼,特殊钢,塑料材料广泛应用于人工关节及医疗器械的生产制造等领域。




岗位职责:

Responsiblity :

- Identifying the potential clients in the field of Medical implant and surgical instrumentation.

确认医用植入和手术器械方面的潜在客户。

- Fulfilling the database with the clients information and follow up report.

将客户信息和跟进报告信息输入数据库。

- Presenting the company to the client and analyses their needs.

代表公司拜访客户,并分心他们的需求。

- Giving clear advice on the best raw material to choose and on the technical specifications of the raw material, with a high understanding of metallurgical specifications and technical requirements.

在最好的原料选择和原材料的技术规格方面能给出好的建议,非常了解冶金规格和技术要求。

-  Visiting the clients and agent as often as possible and developing strong relation.

 经常拜访客户和代理商,维护良好的客户关系。

- Giving back clear information to the mother company to help them to define a clear needs analysis and validate a clear sales politic adapted to the market.

向总部反馈清晰的市场信息以使他们进行详细的客户需求分析和制定适应该市场的销售策略。

-  Defining and sending proposal according to the sales politic and make the client sign them。

根据销售策略,制定和发送销售企划,进而促进客户合同的签订。

- Follow up the clients order and be sure that they will receive the goods according to the contract and finding corrective action between the client and the mother company in case of need.

跟进客户订单,并确认他们会按照合同规定收到货物,在必要的时候能在客户和总部之间采取合适的举措。

- Following customer payment and securing the payments.

跟进客户付款情况。

- Reaching the sales target in term of turnover and net margin.

在营业额和净利润方面达到销售指标。

- Maintain the current customers' relation and develop new customers.

 维护现有客户关系和发展新的客户。

- Defining and Managing the marketing projects (exhibition…

负责市场营销活动(如展会等)

- Assisting the mother company during the mission.

协助总部的工作。

- Ensuring final payment settlement by Clients according to fixed terms.

确保客户根据固定合同条款支付货款。

- Reporting the activities.



任职资格:

Qualification:

- Chinese citizen.

中国人;

- University degree in metallurgical or medical implants.

本科及以上学历,冶金或医学植入相关专业;

- Minimum 5 years in the field of stainless steel and/or Titanium distribution for medical use.

至少5年在医用不锈钢和钛合金行业分销经验;

- A team player with a high degree of self-motivation.

良好的自我激励意识和团队精神;

- English speaking and writing is compulsory,French speaking is a plus.

须具备良好的英语口语和书写能力,会讲法语优先;

- Has sales business back ground. With its own sales network in the orthopedic implants and surgical instrumentation is prefered.

有销售经验背景,有整形外科植入和外科手术器械销售客户资源优先。

- Skillful in using MS office.

熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。

- Used to fulfil a CRM.

做过客户关系管理。

- Used to define and follow up yearly budget.

有制定和跟进年度预算经验。
