上海馨源新材料科技（集团）有限公司是一家汽车内饰材料供应商，创建于1992年，集团总部位于上海市嘉定区外冈镇汇旺路2200号，占地面积60亩，厂房面积6万平方米，员工人数120人。集团在华东、华北、华南地区成立分公司，占地共480亩，厂房面积20余万平方米，总员工680人。

集团公司经过30余年的发展，从一个聚氨酯软泡生产企业发展成一家集聚氨酯的研发、生产、营销于一体的综合性公司。拥有国际先进水平发泡生产线7条、垂直发泡线2条。德国进口环切设备4台，火焰复合线8条，PUR热熔胶1条，胶水复合线1条，背胶复合线1条，立式除味线6条，水平除味线4条以及全套的产品检测设备，公司年产聚氨酯6万吨，产品广泛运用于汽车座椅、门板、顶棚，高铁及航空产品配件。

Founded in 1992, the group is headquartered in No. 2200 Huiwang Road, Wai Gang Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. It covers an area of 60 mu, a factory area of 60,000 square meters, and has 120 employees. The group has set up branches in East China, North China and South China, covering a total area of 480 mu, plant area of more than 200,000 square meters, and a total of 680 employees.

It has 7 international advanced horizontal foaming production lines and 2 vertical foaming lines. Germany imported 4 sets of ring cutting equipment, 8 flame composite lines, PUR hot melt adhesive 1, glue composite line 1, glue composite line 1, vertical deodorizing line 6, horizontal deodorizing line 4 and a full set of product testing equipment, the company's annual output of 60,000 tons of polyurethane, products are widely used in car seats, door panels, ceiling, high-speed rail and aviation products accessories.
