江南造船拥有丰富的集装箱船和液化气船建造经验，同时拥有燃气供气系统安装调试、双燃料主机气体试验、船舶气体试验策划的经验和业绩。江南造船是中国第一家获得GTT MK III / MK III FLEX资质认可的船厂。

Jiangnan has abundant experience in building various container vessels and gas carriers, meanwhile, having rich experience and performance of fuel gas supply system installation and commissioning, duel fuel main engine and vessel gas trial. Jiangnan is the first certified shipyard with GTT MK III / MK III FLEX approval in China.

积累了二十多年建造液化气船的建造经验，江南造船已拥有完整的全系列液化气船研发、设计、建造及管理体系。江南造船从1994年起策划承接薄膜型液化气船；2002年，参与中国第一个广东LNG船投标项目，是唯一一家提交MK III薄膜围护技术方案的船厂；2012年，江南造船与达飞、GTT、BV、708所、Wärtsilä共同签署16000TEU超大型集装箱船联合研发合作协议，此项目是世界上第一次考虑把MK III薄膜型围护技术应用在大型集装箱船LNG燃料舱上；2013年7月1日，江南造船完成MK III / MK III FLEX模拟舱建造，成为中国第一家取得GTT资质认证的船厂，为进军薄膜型液化气船建造市场打下了坚实的基础。近年来，江南造船把薄膜型液化气船列为公司战略产品，力求突破，已先后自主研发完成4000立方米LNG BUNKER、16500立方米LNGC、93000立方米VLEC、10000立方米浅吃水LNG BUNKER、80000立方米LNGC技术方案，并与多家船东开展项目合作。同时计划与中国主流船东、设计院所、GTT、船级社开展17.5万立方米大型LNG船联合研发。2017年，江南造船成立MK III工程化专项推进工作组，把薄膜型液化气船正式列为战略突破产品。

After more than decades of accumulated experience and expertise in designing and building gas carriers, Jiangnan has established its own complete development, design, construction and management system covering the whole series of the gas carrier products. In order to build up confidence and trust of owner for putting order of membrane gas carriers, Jiangnan has paid great efforts on preparing and planning since 1994. Jiangnan was the only bidder to submit 140k MK III LNGC for Chinese first Guangdong LNG Project in 2002. Jiangnan, CMA CGM, GTT, BV, MARIC and Wärtsilä signed a JIP Agreement for developing 16k TEU VLCS with MK III LNG fuel gas tank in 2012. It is World first that MK III type Membrane containment system technology was adopted to LNG fuel tank on very large container vessels. July 1st, 2013, Jiangnan completed MK III / MK III FLEX Mock-up construction, being the first certified Chinese shipyard with GTT’s approval, and laid a solid foundation for embarking membrane gas carrier construction. Recent years, Jiangnan has already ensured the membrane type gas carriers as the company strategy product and has already completed the self-developed technical proposals of 4000 cbm LNG Bunkering Ship, 16500 cbm LNG Carrier, 93000 cbm VLEC, 10000 cbm Shallow Water LNG Carrier and 80000 cbm LNG Carrier cooperating with shipowners on these series ship types. Meanwhile, Jiangnan is planning to develop jointly for 175000 cbm LNGC with Chinese major shipowners, design institutes, GTT and Classification Societies. In 2007, Jiangnan set up MK III Special Task Team and assigned the top priority to membrane gas carrier in strategical development plan.

为确保高质量按期交付达飞四艘22000TEU集装箱船，江南造船选择与经GTT认可的并有MK III建造业绩的GABADI公司就燃料舱建造进行合作。GABADI公司在西班牙拉科鲁尼亚设有实体工厂，拥有技能熟练、经验丰富、稳定的工人队伍和培训设施。GABADI公司有完备的NO96和MK III围护系统工艺、质量控制和HSE体系。加利西亚自治区当地政府和银行对GABADI公司到中国开展工程项目提供了政策和融资上的支持，这对LNG燃料舱项目顺利实施并按时完工提供了最有力的保证。

For delivering four container giants to quality and on schedule, Jiangnan has cooperated on LNG fuel tanks with GABADI, a GTT-authorized professional outfitter with good performance on MK III containment system erection. GABADI has physical workshops in La Coruňa, Spain and keeps expertise, well skilled, experienced and stable working force and training facilities. GABADI has full set of methodical procedures, QC and HSE systems of both containment systems. Local government and local banks of Galicia express strong intention to support GABADI to launch projects in China, which is the most advantageously guarantee for smoothly moving project forward.
