Our client is a global luggage brand. Headquartered in Xiamen, China, the brand's product range includes backpacks, tote bags, and suitcases, reaching over 150 countries and regions worldwide.
The company boasts dual R&D centers in China and the United States, along with four global operation centers. It operates a 20,000-square-meter production base in Xiamen, equipped with eight lean manufacturing lines and 13 testing systems. Product development covers the entire process from positioning and design to mass production, and the company has established a digital supply chain management system. Its products are sold to international markets through cross-border e-commerce platforms, covering over 150 countries and regions globally.

HIRING
Responsibilities
Recruitment Management:
Manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. Recruitment will primarily focus on positions such as TikTok Hosts, Operators, KOL Operations Specialists, and Content Operations Specialists.
Collaborate with department heads to clarify hiring needs and ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
Personnel Management:
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, regularization, and transfer procedures.
Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and expense reimbursements.
Accurately compute and process employee payroll in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:
Handle daily office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and management.
Maintain the office environment and ensure proper functioning of office facilities.
Event Support:
Assist the company in organizing and coordinating activities such as business negotiations and meetings.
HIRING
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Native Vietnamese speaker. Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred, fluency in English is a strong alternative.
Approximately 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an HR role encompassing recruitment, personnel affairs, and administration. Candidates with prior Chinese-Vietnamese/English-Vietnamese translation experience are preferred.
Prior experience recruiting for TikTok, MCN agencies, livestream hosts, or related roles is a significant advantage. Possession of a relevant talent pool is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organizational, coordination skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
