Product development covers the entire process from positioning and design to mass production, and the company has established a digital supply chain management system. Responsibilities
Oversee the foundational setup of the Bagsmart brand's TikTok livestreaming channel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Drive the channel's initial launch, continuously optimize and iterate to enhance performance, create viral hits, and ultimately achieve sales targets;
Develop effective TikTok livestreaming strategies aligned with company operations, analyze account metrics and competitor intelligence, formulate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly livestreaming plans, and continuously refine strategies based on sales data;
Plan comprehensive live streaming campaigns on TikTok, developing detailed execution plans aligned with marketing objectives and executing them. Understand live stream traffic patterns, manage inventory planning, host training, script integration, and on-site operations including stage control;
Oversee local live streaming team operations, including team building, refining workflows, enhancing team efficiency, and delivering on business metrics.
HIRING
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1+ years of e-commerce platform live streaming operations experience + at least 6 months of team management experience; experience in FMCG brand live streaming services preferred;
Passionate about the live streaming industry, familiar with TikTok's dissemination mechanisms and operational rules, knowledgeable about basic TikTok store management principles, and strong data analysis capabilities;
Logically clear, resilient under pressure, highly self-motivated, with comprehensive competency requirements, and proven experience managing local live streaming teams.
Business fluency in English, Chinese proficiency is a plus.
