11月26日,中海协副秘书长刘剑青一行赴深圳城市职业学院(深圳技师学院)调研,与朱爱群副院长围绕“产教融合、职教出海”等议题深入交流。
刘剑青对朱爱群副院长的热情接待表示感谢,并介绍了中海协的基本情况。中海协作为服务中资企业海内外发展的重要平台,在海外人才需求对接、国际项目合作落地等方面具备独特优势。希望借鉴学校与越南李太祖学院共建“电子信息工匠学院”的成功经验,共同探索产教融合国际化新模式,助力中国职业教育标准成功出海。
朱爱群对刘剑青一行到访表示热烈欢迎,并详细介绍了学校产业集群优化专业设置以及创新“职技融通”培养模式等方面的情况。在国际化领域,学校已与多所海外院校建立了稳定合作关系,联合外研社等机构深化校企协同,积累了丰富实践经验。
刘剑青一行还参观了校史馆(工匠馆)和中德智造学院,详细了解学校40年发展历程及“职技融通”特色。该校培养12名世界技能大赛奖牌得主,与华为、西门子等500强企业共建10家现代产业学院,将工匠精神融入教学的理念,给调研组留下深刻印象。
中海协产教融合专委会理事长郑若云、深圳城市职业学院教务处处长文平、中德智造学院副院长陈恒亮等一同参加。
China Overseas Development Association Visits Shenzhen City College for Research
On November 26, Liu Jianqing, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Overseas Development Association, led a delegation to Shenzhen City College (Shenzhen Technician College) for a research visit. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with Zhu Aiqun, Vice President of the college, on topics such as "industry-education integration" and "vocational education going global."
Liu Jianqing introduced the association’s strengths in supporting overseas development of Chinese enterprises, talent matching, and project collaboration. He expressed hope to draw on the college’s experience in co-establishing the "Electronic Information Craftsman College" with Vietnam’s Ly Thai To College, aiming to jointly explore new pathways for the internationalization of industry-education integration. Zhu Aiqun shared the college’s efforts in optimizing its academic programs, innovating the "vocational and technical integration" training model, and its achievements in international cooperation.
The research team also visited the college’s History Museum (Craftsmen Museum) and the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing College. They were deeply impressed by the college’s 40-year history, its success in nurturing 12 medalists in the WorldSkills Competition, and its collaboration with companies such as Huawei and Siemens in establishing 10 modern industrial colleges.
Also participating in the research visit were Zheng Ruoyun, Chairperson of the Association’s Industry-Education Integration Committee, Wen Ping, Director of the Academic Affairs Office of the college, and Chen Hengliang, Vice Dean of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing College.
