12月17日，蒋赟常务副秘书长受邀出席会员单位必维国际检验集团“势必有维·质领未来”——必维赋能高质量发展南通行活动，并发表主旨演讲。南通市副市长李玲、必维集团高级副总裁兼大中华区总裁徐梧东、中海协智能制造专委会理事长杨兴东出席活动，活动由必维集团中国政府事务及公共关系副总裁张莉莉主持。
蒋赟在开幕式暨主论坛上以《从一到五：中国产业参与全球化的必由之路》为题发表主旨演讲。他指出，当前全球经济格局深度调整，产业链供应链加速重构，绿色低碳与数字化浪潮奔涌。这既为中国企业“走出去”参与全球分工带来新机遇，也伴随地缘政治波动、规则标准差异、合规风险上升等挑战。为此，他提出五点建议：一是由“产品输出”向“标准共建”跃升；二是由“市场拓展”向“创新协同”跃升；三是由“成本依赖”向“价值共创”跃升；四是由“单点出海”向“生态赋能”跃升；五是由“经济合作”向“可持续发展共振”跃升。
在“破浪出海·全球化新格局下的合规与战略协同”分论坛上，蒋赟以《战略领航，合规护航——中国产业高质量出海新范式》为题发表演讲。他强调，中海协二十余年来在服务企业“走出去”中深切体会到，在全球产业链重构与地缘政治波动交织背景下，中国企业“走出去”正从“单兵突进”转向“集团作战”，亟需以战略协同化解合规风险、以合规管理保障战略落地。中海协始终以服务企业“走出去”为使命，一方面搭建政企对话平台，解读政策、预警风险；另一方面汇聚国际资源，推动企业对接国际标准。
活动期间，在各方见证下，必维集团与南通市人民政府战略合作协议首个落地项目——必维（南通）检验检测认证服务中心正式揭牌。双方将聚焦产业集群质量提升、绿色低碳转型及国际化认证服务深化合作，助力南通及长三角实体经济。我会业务四部、智能制造专委会一同参加活动。
CODA Invited to Attend Bureau Veritas' Nantong Tour for High-Quality Development Empowerment
On December 17, Jiang Yun, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), was invited to attend the "Quality Leadership & Future Assurance: Bureau Veritas Empowering High-Quality Development" Nantong Tour, a member-unit event organized by Bureau Veritas International Inspection Group, where he delivered a keynote speech. Attending the event were Li Ling, Vice Mayor of Nantong Municipal People's Government; Xu Wudong, Senior Vice President and President of Greater China at Bureau Veritas Group; and Yang Xingdong, Chairman of the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of CODA. The event was hosted by Zhang Lili, Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Relations at Bureau Veritas Group.
During the event, in the presence of all parties, the first implementation project under the strategic cooperation agreement between Bureau Veritas Group and the Nantong Municipal People's Government—the Bureau Veritas (Nantong) Inspection, Testing and Certification Service Center—was officially inaugurated. Business Department IV and the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of CODA also participated in the event.
