On December 28, the port will only allow Nepali drivers and transport personnel engaged in cross-border transportation to pass through. All foreign trade enterprises are requested to promptly inform their Nepali drivers and transport staff, and assist them in completing all necessary entry preparations in advance, including vehicle maintenance, cargo loading, and related procedures.
2026年1月1日开始，海关对进出境货物车辆进行查验，并放行，期间严格实行单向交替通行模式，具体通行时段及功能划分如下
Starting from January 1, 2026, customs will inspect and release inbound and outbound cargo vehicles, during which a strict one-way alternating traffic scheme will be implemented. The specific time slots and functional allocations are as follows:
进出车辆流程:由于G216国门限定区域段铺设沥青自2026年1月1日至次年1月8日期间，实行半天出入境通行，通行时段为北京时间 9:00-14:00，其余时段实行双向管制;自2026年1月8日开始，北京时间9:00-13:00(暂定四小时，比正常通关时间延长一小时)，此时段内，桥梁仅供入境车辆通行，同步办理入境人员通关手续。北京时间14:00-19:00(暂定五小时，比正常通关时间延长一小时》此时段内，桥梁仅供出境车辆通行，同步办理出境人员通关手续。
Vehicle Traffic Procedures:
Due to asphalt paving work within the designated section of the G216 National Gateway, the following traffic arrangements will be implemented:
January 1, 2026 - January 8, 2026:
Half-day cross-border traffic will be permitted only from 9:00 to 14:00 Beijing Time.
Two-way traffic control will be enforced during all other hours.
Starting from January 8, 2026:
Inbound Vehicles Only: From 9:00 to 13:00 Beijing Time (tentatively set as a 4-hour slot, extended by one hour from the standard clearance time). Inbound passenger clearance procedures will be processed simultaneously on the bridge.
Outbound Vehicles Only: From 14:00 to 19:00 Beijing Time (tentatively set as a 5-hour slot, extended by one hour from the standard clearance time). Outbound passenger clearance procedures will be processed simultaneously on the bridge.
所有通行车辆必须符合临时便桥49吨的载重限制，行驶车辆总宽度不超过 2.55米，高度不得超过 4.5米。出境车辆报关前在帮兴物流园区自助电子地磅称重，并从工作人员处领取载重(49吨)凭证供海关监管科参考执行，载货重量超过49吨的车辆不予发放凭证。
All vehicles must comply with the temporary bridge's 49-ton weight limit, with a total width not exceeding 2.55 meters and a height not exceeding 4.5 meters. Outbound vehicles must be weighed at the self-service electronic scale in the Bangxing Logistics Park before customs declaration. A weight certificate (for 49 tons) will be issued by staff for reference by the Customs Supervision Department. Vehicles exceeding the 49-ton cargo weight limit will not be issued the certificate.
出境车辆:前期计划，每日安排40辆货车和适量新能源汽车。出境车辆完成装货后在帮兴物流园区自助电子地磅称重领取载待出口车辆排序单后，在待检停车场进行排队等待查验。前期按照顺序在帮兴物流园区排队，每天早上11点从帮兴物流园区统一出发。
Outbound Vehicles: In the initial phase, 40 cargo trucks and an appropriate number of new energy vehicles are scheduled daily. After completing loading, outbound vehicles must be weighed at the self-service electronic scale in the Bangxing Logistics Park to obtain the "Sorting List for Vehicles Awaiting Export." They will then queue in the waiting-inspection parking area for customs inspection. During the initial period, vehicles shall queue in sequence at the Bangxing Logistics Park and depart collectively from the park at 11:00 AM each day.
入境车辆:前期计划，每日安排30辆货车入境，车辆完成入境手续后，安全有序前往帮兴物流园区，并在指定地点规范停车。
Inbound Vehicles: In the initial phase, 30 cargo trucks are scheduled for entry daily. After completing entry procedures, vehicles shall proceed safely and orderly to the Bangxing Logistics Park and park in the designated areas as specified.
