1.About move to India We have shipments sent to India recently. Due to the India customs policy has changed. It's difficult to send LCL (Less than one container), because most of the ports in Inida can't handle the LCL shipment, if goods arrived there will be very high penalty and the process will be very long, so will occur high port charges and demurrages, even can't get cleared from the customs, so when you send out your personal goods to Inida, please double check with your mover.
The FCL (Full Container Load ) can be sent to India. We have sent shipment to India without problems recently.
The last but not the least, India seems can't clear goods shipped by express. We checked with our forwrders, always got negtive answers.
2.About move to Vietnam.
If you are a none Vietnamese, and has the Vietnamese Visa and work permit, you can import your goods to Vietnam but still subject to tax and duty. The customs of Vietnam is decision maker.
If you are a Vietnamese, two of our destination partners said it's better not to send personal effects to Vietnam. they said the fee is very expensive and the customs is super complicated, so they told us, they couldn't help in Vietnam. So we can't help you move to there if you are a Vietnamese.
We suggest you to sell most of your personal effecst aboard. If you really want to move, please check with your move consultant. They may found solutions for you.
3.About send personal goods by express to Russia.
If you want to send something to Russia, please do not try DHL, FeDex, UPS and so on, because you will end up with high tax and duty, and the customs process is very complicated and expensive.
Solutions:
You can check with EMS, it's belomgs to China Post.
However, if you send each box, the chargable weight is less than 20KG, the value no more than 200$ and the boxes size is within L.W.D:50*50*50cm, you can send out your goods and without pay tax and duty. However, when you send out, please double check with your destintion customs and your mover again.
