今天（11月3日），MCC穆勒亚洲航运发布通知，为减少错误申报情况以降低误报风险，将进一步提高对危险品货物申报的监管。从12月1日起，华南华北华东出口至亚洲各地（除俄罗斯外）集装箱内货物瞒报及误报，每一误报箱将征收10000美金的违约金。
上述违约金将针对以下情况向未有遵守规定的客户征收：
任何实际为危险品货物但申报为非危险品货物

Dear valued customers,
Incorrectly declared hazardous cargo adds a high risk to the safety of our vessel/crew safety bothat sea and on shore. To strengthen the governance of hazardous cargo misdeclaration, please be advised that we will be levying the penalty charge of Hazardous Cargo Misdeclaration for all cargo export form North China, East China & South China to MCC all destinations （excluding Russia*）, effective December 1st, 2017 (vessel proforma ETD date).
The penalty charge of Hazardous Cargo Misdeclaration is detailed in the following –
The above penalty will be charged to the responsible customer who is identified to the violation of any of below rules:
Booked and declared commodity as “Non-Hazardous cargo”while commodity identified is “Hazardous cargo”
Booked and declared commodity as Hazardous cargo withincorrect IMO Class or UN No. Example: IMO declared as Class 9 but it’sidentified as IMO Class 5.1

之前，COSCO也发布过通知，集装箱货物瞒报误报将征收2000—10000美金的违约金。
长荣海运发布通知，为确保船安、货安，维护广大货主的利益，要求托运人不得瞒报、匿报、错误申报货物品名或危险性质级别。长荣海运指，任何瞒报、错报货物品名称将被罚款1.5万美元。若有违反此项订舱协议者，将收取协议运价的三倍且不低于每自然箱1.5万美元的违约金。
