We are pleased to announce that Josefina van den Berg has been joined ColliCare Logistics in the Netherlands as our new Managing Director, effective 1st of September 2025.
Josefina brings 18 years of experience in logistics and maritime transport, having held several senior leadership roles and led complex containerized transport across Europe and beyond.
In her most recent role as Trade Director at Short Sea Lines, Josefina was responsible for managing logistics strategy from business case development to full implementation. She brings extensive experience in defining commercial direction, coordinating processes across multiple markets, and aligning operational performance with customer expectations.
Her extensive expertise in developing strategic logistics solutions, combined with her proven leadership skills, makes her exceptionally well-suited to take over the Managing Director role from Frits Potze.
We are excited to welcome Josefina to the team of ColliCare Logistics and are confident that her leadership will further strengthen our position in the market and enhance the value we deliver to our customers.
