我是一个八零后,之前在法国上学,学的葡萄酒。2014年回国,回到了成都,来到了青白江,也是在从事葡萄酒的贸易。我是四川蓉欧智联科技有限公司的石蕤峰,也是这里的法国荷兰商品文化馆的负责人。


I was born in the late 1980s. I studied wine in France, and came back in 2014. Now I work in the wine trading business in Qingbaijiang, Chengdu.I’m Shi Ruifeng from Sichuan Rong’ou Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. I’m in charge of the French & Dutch Commodity Culture Pavilion.







回到成都以后,我们当时所有的葡萄酒都是通过海运,跟沿海的酒商合作之类的。在2015年的时候,听闻中欧班列这个事情,所以我们就来到了青白江,那个时候就进行了很深入的了解和考察。所以在2016年的时候我们在青白江成立了第一家公司,慢慢地转为通过铁路来运输我们的酒。


After I came back to Chengdu, at that time, all of our wine was transported by sea and sometimes we cooperated with wine merchants in the coastal regions. In 2015, we heard about China Railway Express, so we came to Qingbaijiang to investigate and get more information. In 2016, we established our first company, a trading company. Since then we’ve gradually replaced sea transportation with rail. 







在2018年,那个时候青白江区政府和区港管委就想来打造一个国际化的区域。因为我们这个地方是蓉欧快铁的终点和起点,它是联通了欧洲和成都之间的一个桥梁。


In 2018, the government of Qingbaijiang and the management committee of Chengdu International Railway Port wanted to build an international area, because this place was the starting point and end point of the Chengdu-Euro International Cargo Express Railway—a bridge between Europe and Chengdu. 







其实在这个桥梁中,之前更多的是一个物流通道,是货物的一个来往。后来在18年的时候,不管是政府还是企业,大家慢慢的会觉得这个地方不仅仅是一个货物的通道,更希望它能成为一个文化商品的集散地等等,让更加多元化的东西在里面。


This “bridge” was actually more for cargo transportation, but in 2018, both government and enterprise began to consider it to be more than a cargo channel and wanted to make it a cultural and commodity center or more—they wanted to make it more versatile.







我们承建和承运的是法国和荷兰的商品馆,主要是三个城市馆,其中包括巴黎、波尔多还有荷兰的蒂尔堡城市馆。它不仅仅是一个商品的存在,在我们一开始建馆的时候。我们是希望它首先有一个展示的区域,对这个馆的内容,对这个城市的介绍;其次当然会有商品的销售。另外的话,其实在我们这个馆比较重要的是文化的元素,包括这边有巴黎馆的一个艺术陈列,一个活动区域,还有我们的中央舞台。


We’ve undertaken the construction and operation of the French & Dutch Commodity Culture Pavilion, mainly including three cities, i.e. Paris, Bordeaux, and Tilburg (the Netherlands). We primarily wanted to have an exhibition area for content as well as an introduction to the city. And, of course, we also wanted to sell commodities. Another important element in our pavilion is culture, such as the art display in the Paris Pavilion, the activity area, and the central stage.







其实我现在都还记得我当时去波尔多的时候去面试,跟面试官说过一句话,就是“我希望自己能够成为一个小小的桥梁,希望把波尔多和成都连起来。”波尔多和成都其实是一个很有共同点的城市。因为首先,四川有很多酒嘛,波尔多也有很多酒,其次就是,它们都是属于西南的比较重要的一个城市。


I still remember that during my job interview in Bordeaux. I told the interviewer, “I hope I can be a small bridge that connects Bordeaux and Chengdu.” Actually, Bordeaux and Chengdu have many things in common. Sichuan has famous liquor, and Bordeaux has famous wine. They are also both important cities in the southwestern regions of their respective countries. 







我刚刚回国的时候就是卖一点点的酒,那个时候真的是从一箱两箱开始卖。我们现在基本上一年能够进口大概二三十万瓶吧,这种从无到有的过程其实经历了很多,因为刚开始的时候就是一个个体户,那个时候去仓库拿货是自己,发货是自己,家里就是自己的仓库。从那个时候刚刚创业到现在,虽然说我们现在也是在创业的过程,但是这种中间的体验是很值得去回味和珍惜的。


When I had just returned to China, I was just a wine vendor who only sold a small quantity, like one case, two cases or ten cases each time. Now we import 200,000 to 300,000 bottles of wine each year. I’ve really experienced a lot of starting empty-handed. I was self-employed in the beginning, taking the goods from the factory and delivering them all by myself. I even used my home as a warehouse. The whole venture from the beginning to now is worth remembering and cherishing, though we’re still in process. 







在成都的跨境电商的话,因为其实在中国发展的肯定是沿海比较快,那么我们其实也是在向沿海去学习,但是这个好处就在于有人走在了你的前面,你去学习它的时候也是根据因地制宜,去做更多的改良。成都的优势当然首先就是中欧班列。


Cross-border e-commerce in Chengdu is learning from the coastal regions since they are way more developed in China. The benefit here is that you always have an example to follow. Yes, you need to adapt to local conditions and make improvements, but Chengdu’s biggest advantage is the China Railway Express. 







另外成都有一个最大的优势就是我们的消费力,成都是一个消费力很强的城市,所以成都的跨境电商的消费就是蛮强的。


Another advantage is our spending power. As a city with strong spending power, Chengdu enjoys great momentum in consumption of cross-border e-commerce. 







因为真的是把成都从内贸变成一个外贸的城市。它不仅能让我们感受到很多的进口的商品,而且你是更多的去,有了更多的一些机会,然后也有跟沿海去沟通交流的平台。


The China Railway Express has turned Chengdu from a domestic trade city to a foreign trade city. It gives us the chance of experiencing numerous imported goods, more opportunities, and a platform for communicating with coastal regions.
