俗话说,没有金刚钻,不揽瓷器活。半潜船的货物价值普遍较高,动辄以亿计。中远航运的半潜船可也一点都不含糊,大家可以想象,在水上浮动的条件下,操纵50,000吨级的船舶及装载有二三十层楼高、实际重量达两三万吨的货物,需要克服重心偏高、水面以上船与货物超大受风面、水线下潮流运动等影响,还要保证“稳、准”,实现海上“运输+安装”,其中难度可想而知。但即使这样,我们半潜船组仍然实实在在地做到了。来看看咱这实力靠的是什么吧!

高效的压载水系统

独立的压载水系统遍布于船体,在保证船舶的安全的同时,更使其具备应对多种类型的海洋工程项目的能力。压排水操作通过大型空压机控制,整个压载操作仅需要两个多小时即可完成。

Fast Ballasting System

Independent ballast tanks are arranged in levels for safety and versatility. Ballasting operations are controlled by large capacity compressors enabling ballasting operations to be completed in just over two hours.

泰安口轮及康盛口轮均属于业内领先的自带2级动态定位系统(DP2)的半潜船,祥瑞口轮也在过往项目中加装并升级了2级动态定位的能力。

Fully Redundant Class 2 Dynamic Positioning System

Tai An Kou, Kang Sheng Kou are fully redundant class 2 DP semi-submersible heavy lift ships.The Xiang Rui Kou has also been updated with a portable class 2 DP system.

拆卸简易的船尾浮箱

船艉放置两个可拆移、可水平或垂直放置的浮箱,基于项目需要可迅速移至船艏凯旋门内,或置于船舶一侧,实现自生活区至船艉完全开放且无阻碍的载货甲板。

Easily Removable Stern Bouyancy Casings

The vessels are fitted with two fully removable stern buoyancy casings, which can be placed horizontally or vertically. When not in use, these casings can be stored under the forecastle for a completely unencumbered open deck.

High Internal Strength

The cargo deck has a high overall strength. The vessels are capable of stern or side loading.

Improved motion characteristics due to the vessel having hulls that have been designed to slant inwards as opposed to the con box-type shape.

Execution of an / COSCOL Float over Installation

装载

上层模块经由吊装、滚装或轨道式滑装方式安装在半潜船上。

LOADOUT

Loadout of topsides onto COSCOL's Vessels takes place by lift-on, roll-on or skid-on method.

启航

中远航运半潜船经由安全快捷的路径前往卸货地点。

SAILING

COSCOL sails the Vessel to the discharge site along the quickest, safe route.

安装前准备工作

抵达装货地点之后,船舶在安装模块之前,先会进行解绑,预压载,之后通过动态定位系统移至安装位置。

PRE-INSTALLATION

After the Topside is released from the seafastening, the Vessel is de-ballasted and maneuvered into the Jacket using the fully redundant Class 2 Dynamic Positioning System.

安装

船舶就位后在动态定位系统的支援下开始缓慢下潜,直到桩腿及上层模块对接,其过程中仅允许几厘米的误差。而当模块与桩腿成功接触后,半潜船即开始迅速下潜,直到模块和船舶脱离并保持一定距离之后,半潜船缓慢驶出,安装完成。

INSTALLATION

As soon as the Vessel is exactly in the correct horizontal position for the Topside to land on the Jacket, the Vessel ballasts as quickly as possible, bringing the Topside in contact with the Jacket. When there is a sufficiently large gap between the Vessel and the Topside, the Vessel maneuvers out of the Jacket.
