安靠科技集团（纳斯达克：AMKR）今日公布了扩建中国封装测试工厂的计划。这家先进的封测厂位于上海外高桥保税区内。通过该项目的实施，安靠期望将中国的生产基地扩大45%， 使洁净厂房面积增加到将近6万平方米。
“中国市场对封测服务的需求高涨，尤其是对晶圆级封装，芯片堆叠，集成块堆叠等先进技术的需求。”安靠董事长兼首席执行官，SteveKelly说道 ” 以收入计算，我们的上海工厂为集团第二大厂。我们在中国为本地和国际客户提供最先进的外包封测技术服务。 该项投资反映了我们在移动通信业务上一贯的实力，也体现了中国市场在世界半导体产业链中日益增长的重要性。”
安靠计划为建造新厂房设施投资6千万美元，工程将于2016年夏天完工。
