值得一提的是,同学们展现出极强的主动性——交流前已提前查阅泓明企业资料,现场针对“半导体产业如何开展运输”等细节问题积极提问,思维碰撞间尽显大家的专业素养与探索精神。
随后,在会议室的专题环节中,同学们通过泓明企业宣传片,系统了解了公司的发展历程、文化理念与核心业务模式。当看到泓明从传统报关清关业务起步,逐步构建起“订、关、仓、运、配、修”一体化数字平台时,大家不禁发出赞叹,对泓明在模式创新、技术研发与制度优化上取得的突破深感敬佩,更被泓明敢为人先的创新精神和深耕行业的坚守态度所打动。

执行董事沈翊揭秘“供应链领航者”的成长逻辑
交流会的核心环节,泓明执行董事沈翊亲临现场,以“行业亲历者+行业导师”的双重身份,与同学们展开深度互动。

作为参与过浦江人才计划的归国创业者,她始终坚信“实体经济是民族根基”,这份远见让泓明在半导体供应链领域深耕二十年,实现了从“物流搬运工”到“产业中枢”的关键跃迁。
针对3位同学的个性化发展,沈总更是“量身定制”给出建议:
● 对注重细节但稍显内敛的同学,建议“加强细节沉淀能力,将日常积累转化为专业优势”;
● 对思维活跃的同学,鼓励“主动争取展示机会,在实践中提升沟通表达与成果呈现能力”;
● 对初入行业探索的同学,提醒“初期多倾听、少表现,先深入理解任务本质,再高效输出价值”。

围绕“如何培养符合行业需求的核心能力”,沈总结合自身经历与企业发展需求,给出三大关键建议:
1. 筑牢“国际视野”基石:外语能力是打通国际业务的“敲门砖”,不仅要掌握语言工具,更要理解不同国家的贸易规则与文化差异;
2. 善用“数智化”工具:主动学习BI数据可视化、RPA流程自动化、AI智能分析等工具,在供应链数字化转型中抢占先机;
3. 培养“跨界系统思维”:打破专业壁垒,通过阅读行业报告、参加产业讲座、收听专业播客等方式,关注宏观经济趋势与产业动态,建立“全局观”。
得知同学们正在筹备国际商务案例大赛,沈总当即表示将全力支持:从案例框架搭建,到文案优化与模型设计,都会结合自身实战经验提供专业指导,助力同学们在赛事中脱颖而出。
此外,她还分享了“平衡工作与生活”的生活哲学:“健康的身体是长期奋斗的基础,要养成规律运动、保证睡眠的习惯,同时学会远离干扰、培养专注能力,才能在快节奏的行业中持续成长。”

On November 26th, three graduate students from the International Business major of Shanghai Customs University visited the HMG Guochuang headquarters. Sysy Shen, HMG Executive Director and industry mentor, joined the students to explore the opportunities in the semiconductor supply chain industry and discuss the core capabilities needed for future talents.

The first visit to HMG: immersible experience of the digital intelligence supply chain strength
On the day of the meeting, the colleagues from HMG HR Center launched a detailed explanation of “industry chain + digitalization” at the ground-floor exhibition hall.
The vivid explanation, from the operational logic of the entire supply chain to HMG’s breakthroughs in the digitalization field in recent years, allowed the students to quickly build an intuitive understanding of the industry.
Later, the students systematically learned about the development history, cultural concepts, and core business models of HMG through its corporate promotional video.

Expert’s sharing: Executive Director Sysy Shen reveals the growth logic of HMG as a “supply chain leader”
In the core part of the meeting, Sysy personally attended the event and interacted in the dual role of “industry insider + industry mentor” with the students deeply.

Sysy, as an entrepreneur returning from overseas who participated in the Pujiang Talent Project, always believes that the “real economy is the foundation of a nation”.
For the personalized development of the three students, Sysy gave them some “tailor-made” suggestions. Meanwhile, she extended a sincere invitation to the students: “Welcome to HMG for your internship next year to gain practical experience in real business scenarios.”

Empower capabilities: Unlock the “core competitiveness” of supply chain talents of the new era
As for “how to train the core competencies that meet the needs of the industry”, Sysy gave three key suggestions by taking into account her own experiences and the development needs of the enterprise: Consolidate the foundation of “international vision, take advantage of the “digitalization” tool, and cultivate the “cross-border system thinking mode.
When hearing that the students are preparing for an International Business Case Contest, she immediately expressed her full support: From building the case framework to copywriting optimization and model design, she will provide professional guidance based on her real-world experience to the students stand out from the competition.
In addition, she also shared her philosophy of “Balancing Work and Life”: “A healthy body is the foundation of a long-term struggle. It is necessary to develop habits of regular exercise and enough sleep. At the same time, stay away from distractions and develop concentration to grow up in the fast-paced industry.”

The same goal of university and enterprise: jointly build an “ecology” of cultivating high-tech industry talents
This exchange not only allows the students to closely experience HMG’s digital intelligence innovation practices in the field of integrated circuits and the supply chain of the pan medical industry, but also knows about the definition of talent of enterprises in the new era more clearly.
HMG Group, has been deepening cooperation with universities in recent years: By way of building internship & practice platforms, jointly establishing courses, and jointly building a talent cultivation mechanism, HMG will provide a school-to-workplace transition channel for students and will fulfill the mission of “Creating Values Together” with practical action.
