2020 MRF Mid-year Management Meeting
2020年7月4日上午9点,MRF于深圳市罗湖区君悦酒店召开2020年MRF管理层年中会议。
本次会议由Alex主持,总经理Niya、副总经理Freddy与各部门经理发表讲话。
总经理Niya发表重要讲话
1、2019和2020我们经历了很多挑战,但是有了在座各位的支持,我们完成了既定目标。感谢每一位的辛勤工作和陪伴,相信2020下半年,我们可以做出更大的成就。
2、今年,我对人生也有了很多理解,每个人都有三个很重要的角色:自己,社会,家庭。我个人更多地选择了做自己,承担社会责任,我不后悔,也没有借口,因为我想要实现一个愿景——成为新时代货运代理的行业标准。我也希望每个人都可以有梦想,且为梦想工作。
1.We have suffered a lot of challenges in 2019 and 2020, but with all the support from each of you here, we achieved our target in 2019. Thank you for your hard work and company with MRF. I believe that we can strive a better achievement in the second half of 2020.
2.This year, I also have a lot of understanding of life. We have three parts in our life very importantly: self, society, family. As a person, I choose to care more about social contribution or myself, so whatever I choose and whatever I do is just to be myself. I have no any regrets, I have no any complains and excuses, because I am just trying to be myself and myself I think is connected with MRF. I want to strive the mission-We can be the benchmark of Chinese freight forwarder and we are the new times Chinese freight forwarder server. I hope everybody of us can remember this mission and work out. I hope everyone can realize that you are working for your dreams.
副总经理Freddy线上发表重要讲话
1、疫情期间,强调每一位同事都要严肃认真对待大流行。尤其是海外分公司的同事有任何需要和问题请及时找niya和freddy沟通。严防疫情第二波卷土重来;
2、面对我们现在全球疫情大流行的情况下,我们在销售和服务的工作上要提倡做一个大家离不开的人,用心感受代理在乎什么,需要什么,关心市场状况如何,一起度过艰难时刻;
3、全球经济状况下行,要重点关注风控。要严谨和严防在这个时候我们的客人申请倒闭和破产。要求Tyler分享一期关于客户倒闭后,后续问题处理的分享会;
4、团队中分为四类人:A有想法有能力;B有想法没能力;C有能力没想法;D没能力没想法。作为管理者,必须是A类人。希望我们的管理者时刻以此为标准审视自己的状态。
1.During the epidemic period, every colleague should take the pandemic seriously. Especially colleagues in overseas branches, please contact Niya and Freddy in time if you have any needs or questions. We must prevent the second wave of the epidemic from coming back.
2.In the face of the current global pandemic, we advocate everyone to be a person that others can't live without in terms of sales and service - to feel what agents care about and need, care about the market conditions, and get through the difficult times together.
3.The global economy is in a downward trend, so we should focus on risk control. It is necessary to be rigorous about our customers’ failure or applying for bankruptcy at this time. Tyler is asked to do a sharing session on the handling of follow-up issues after the failure of the customer.
4.There are four types of people in the team: Type A, people with ideas and ability; Type B, people with ideas but no ability; Type C, people with ability but no ideas; Type D, people without ability or ideas. Our managers are expected to always measure their status against this standard.
各部门经理发表讲话
一、2019一整年到2020年 上半年,我们部门和我经历了哪些困难,我们是如何克服的。
What difficulties did our department and I experience in 2019 and the first half of 2020? How did we overcome that?
1、遭遇疫情,市场萎缩
(1)积极主动跟国外代理沟通信息;
(2)想客户之所想,提供更好的服务;
(3)提升专业知识,积极开发更多代理。
1.Market contraction under the impact of the epidemic.
(1)Actively communicated with foreign agents to get more information.
(2)Think what customers care and provide better services.
(3)Upgrade our professional knowledge and actively develop more agents.
2、疫情影响下的压力和团队建设
(1)了解成员之间的困难和顾虑, 安抚焦虑与不安;
(2)营造和谐轻松的工作环境,减轻压力;
(3)给有能力的同事更多学习机会和上升空间;
(4)做好团队规划。
2.Pressure and team building under the impact of the epidemic
(1)Realize the difficulties and concerns of members, and soothe their anxiety and uneasiness.
(2)Create a harmonious and relaxed working environment to reduce their pressure.
(3)Provide capable colleagues with more learning opportunities and room to grow.
(4)Make Plans for the team.
3、合作伙伴遇到变化,对公司的相应市场产生冲击
积极寻求新的合作来弥补空穴。

4、经济形势不好时,财务风险加大
(1)做好特殊时期的风险控制预警;
(2)建立健全财务制度;
(3)建立财务分析模型。

二、我如何理解团队以及团队中的自我,两者的关系。
How to understand the relationship between team and self in the team.
(1)团队成员是互相认可的,互相尊重,信息共享,取长补短;
(2)共同目标:团队是一个有共同目标的集体,每个成员都有使命感,必要时还要有牺牲精神,以成就团队更高的目标;
(3)团队中的自我:清晰知道并做好自己的任务,力所能及地协助队友,这样所在团队才能完成其大目标;
(4)相互成就的关系:团队越好,个人才能成为更好的自己;
(5)团队的力量:一个人可以走的很快,但一群人可以走的很远;
(6)团队就好比一辆车,自我就是方向盘,发动机,轮胎等各零部件,只有众多自我这些零部件完整,相互协调分工,才能促使团队这辆车有方向有目的地驱使前进。团队与个人相互依附相互成就,你中有我,我中有你;
(7)团队领导者要根据实际情况制定合理的团队目标,还需肩负激励团队成员充满干劲;
(8)带团队有温度:团队也是一个大家庭,我们不只要关心组员的工作状态,更要关心他们在这个团队中的感受,只有做到与组员之间没有隔阂,才能获得他们的信赖,让组员对团队有归属感,使团队更有凝聚力。
(1)Team members recognize and respect each other, share information, and learn from each other.
(2)Common goal: Team is a collective with a common goal. Each member has a sense of mission and sacrifice spirit when necessary to achieve a higher goal of the team.
(3)Self in the team: Clearly know and do your job well, assist your teammates as much as possible, so that your team can accomplish its big goals.
(4)Relationship of mutual achievement: The better the team, the better the individual becomes.
(5)Team strength: A person can go very fast, but a group of people can go very far.
(6)Team is just like a car. The ego is the steering wheel, engine, tire and other parts. Only when these parts are complete and coordinated with each other, can the team be driven forward with direction and purpose. Teams and individuals depend on each other and achieve each other.
(7)The team leader should set reasonable team goals according to the actual situation, and also shoulder the responsibility of encouraging team members to be full of energy!
(8)The team is also a big family. We should not only care about the working status of team members, but also care about their feelings in the team. Only when there is no estrangement between team members, can we gain their trust, give team members a sense of belonging to the team, and make the team more cohesive.
三、我如何看待公司的愿景:“我们要成为新时代中国货运代理服务的行业标准”?我的团队为实现这个愿景要做好哪些准备?
How do I see the company‘s mission? What does my team need to do to achieve it?
这是一个长期的过程,要做好坚持不懈的心理准备;不是因为有希望才坚持,而是坚持才能看到希望。
This is a long-term process, we should be prepared for perseverance. Perseverance is not because of hope, but perseverance is the only way to see hope.
操作部
(1)有清晰的组织架构;
(2)建立清晰的服务流程和规范的操作流程;
(3)提高人员专业度;
(4)提高主动服务的意识,了解客户的需求。
Operation department
(1)Establish a clear organizational structure.
(2)Establish a clear service flow and standardized operation flow.
(3)Improve personnel professionalism.
(4)Improve the awareness of active service and care about the needs of customers.
业务部
(1)思想:提高自己的思想境界,因为你能想多远你就能走多远;
(2)标准:订立内部完善的执行流程和标准,逐步调整打磨,争取做到完美;
(3)专业:全员提高专业素质,业务素质;
(4)服务:完善服务体系,打造服务团队,树立服务意识;
(5)理念:与时俱进,吸收先进的理念,及时调整;
(6)价值观:树立端正的观念和价值观,有尊严、有底线地面对客户;
(7)精细化:任何时候需要把简单的事情处理好,不能忽视;
(8)特色化:从方方面面让客人知道MRF是一个很温暖的公司,而不是冷冰冰的机器;
(9)匠人精神:对工作执着、对所做事情和提供的服务精益求精、精雕细琢。
Sales Department
(1)Ideology: Improve your ideological level, because you can go as far as you can think.
(2)Standards: Establish internal execution process and standards and gradually adjust and polish them.
(3)Profession: Improve the professional quality of all staff.
(4)Service: Perfect service system, build service team and establish service consciousness.
(5)Ideas: Keep pace with the times, absorb advanced ideas and adjust them timely.
(6)Values: Establish upright concepts and values, and have the bottom-line approach to customers.
(7)Refinement: At any time, simple things need to be handled well and cannot be ignored.
(8)Characteristic: Let customers know from all aspects that MRF is a very warm company, not a cold machine.
(9)Artisan spirit: Be persistent in work, strive for excellence in what you do and the service you provide.
四、2020年公司的发展以及存在的挑战和危机是什么?
The company's development and existing challenges and opportunities in 2020.
挑战和发展
(1)始终存在的竞争对手:这也要求我们必须始终保持警惕不能放松,不断优化资源,保持好代理间的合作关系;
(2)浮躁的市场环境:无论外部情况如何,我们MRF要做的就是保持本心,做好自己;
(3)风控风险加大:严格落实风控制度。
机遇
疫情导致经济下行,如果能在当前环境下播种客户,完善自己的团队和服务,那么等到全球经济恢复之时就是我们收获的时候了。
Challenges and development
(1)Competitors are always there: which requires us to keep alert, constantly optimize resources, and maintain a good cooperative relationship between agents.
(2)Impetuous market environment: Whatever the external circumstances, what we MRF have to do is to stay true to ourselves.
(3)Increased financial risk: strictly implement the risk control system.
Opportunity
Under the economic downturn caused by the epidemic, if we can service our customers better and improve the professional degrees of our teams in the current environment, we will reap the harvest when the global economy recovers.
