二、Operational Challenges:
Initially, we had planned to transport the goods by air from Vancouver to New York. However, due to the special dimensions of the cargo and the client's requirement to keep the goods upright, the cost of air transportation was significantly high and exceeded the client's budget. After careful consideration, we decided to arrange exclusive truck transportation from Vancouver to New York. Considering the high value of the cargo, we arranged for a team of two drivers to alternate, ensuring the fastest possible delivery from the west to the east, ultimately fulfilling the mission.
三、Transportation Route:
The total distance covered was 2955 miles.
Vancouver to Seattle required crossing the border, which was only possible after completing the customs clearance process.
四、Transportation Details:
1、Photos of the cargo loading
(as per the client's request, the cargo was placed upright and securely fixed inside the truck compartment).
2、Vehicle photos
(due to the high value of the cargo, we meticulously managed the vehicles. We provided the drivers' identification and license plate details, along with 360-degree photographs capturing every angle of the vehicle. It can be noted that the license plates at the front and rear of the vehicle are different, indicating a dual-plate vehicle that can freely cross the border between Canada and the United States without the need for vehicle replacement).
3、Throughout the transportation process, our colleagues in the United States provided real-time GPS tracking 24/7, ensuring complete monitoring and safeguarding the security of the cargo.
