On July 13, 2023, Realogistics received a commission from Huawei Uzbekistan to urgently send a shipment of electronic gifts to Tashkent Airport. They have booked our company's private airline, China Southern Airlines, for a direct flight from Beijing Daxing Airport to Tashkent Airport on the 17th.

It is essential to meet the scheduled departure of the direct flight from Beijing Daxing Airport on the 17th.

1. The cargo contains batteries, and the client is dealing with air freight for the first time.

a: Realogistics provided step-by-step guidance to the client for obtaining all the necessary documents for battery certification. Ultimately, a battery certificate (1 copy) and magnetic inspection report (4 copies) were obtained within one day.

b: Guided the client in providing customs clearance documents, a dual-headed customs clearance agency agreement, tax identification number, and other necessary information for customs declaration.

2. The cargo will only arrive at the small warehouse of Shunyi Airport on the morning of the 15th. It requires repackaging, so Realogistics arranged in advance for the warehouse to prepare wooden crates according to the dimensions provided by the factory. The crates have hinges for easy inspection of the cargo containing batteries.

Once the cargo arrives, it will be immediately packed into the prepared wooden crates. After packing is complete, a dedicated vehicle will transport it to Beijing Daxing Airport for the delivery procedures. On the morning of the 16th, the cargo will be successfully shipped, and customs clearance will be arranged.
