2. From March 10 to 15, 2024, upon client acceptance of the quotation, Realogistics confirmed customs clearance documents with the destination port. On March 15, goods were packaged, undergo external packaging inspection, photographed for records, insured, and the earliest direct flight on March 18 was booked.

3. On March 21, to expedite clearance, Realogistics staff applied for weekend overtime and successfully cleared the goods on the same day. 

4. Due to a client's last-minute operational change request requiring label replacement, Realogistics promptly communicated with local partners to find a suitable warehouse and arranged label replacement immediately. Concurrently, based on the estimated delivery time, a delivery appointment was requested from the e-commerce platform. Ultimately, delivery was successfully completed on the 25th.
