关于业务操作事项的告知书
尊敬的客户：
根据世天威集团总部对中国境内实体开展仓储服务合规性的最新政策和要求，我司需严格按照合同主体、服务提供主体、开票/仓单主体保持一致的原则（“一致性原则”）开展各项业务。我司特此针对后续有关业务操作调整的相关事宜做出如下通知：
自2021年3月15日起，我司所出具的所有文件，包括但不仅限于：仓储服务合同、入库确认单、仓单、仓库收据、库存报告、工作单、费用发票等，均由货物实际存放地所属的世天威实体进行签发,具体而言：
存放于外高桥保税区物流园区仓库的货物的相关文件抬头为：世天威物流（上海外高桥保税物流园区）有限公司；
存放于洋山保税港区仓库的货物的相关文件抬头为：上海洋山保税港区世天威物流有限公司。
目前我司正在推进与客户签订新版《仓储服务合同》。如贵司对于合同签订事宜有任何问题，请直接通过以下方式与我司进行联系：

Notice of C.Steinweg Logistics (Shanghai Waigaoqiao BondedLogistics Zone) Co., Ltd.
on Adjustments to Business Handling
Dear Customer:
Pursuant to the latest policy and requirements implemented by the headquarter of C.Steinweg Group in relation to the compliance of warehousing services by the Chinese domestic entities, we need to strictly follow the principle of having the same entity to sign contact,provide services and issue invoice/warehouse warrant (the “Consistency Principle”) in the course of business operation. Accordingly, we hereby serve you the following notice with regard to adjustments to the business handling matters .
Starting from 15 March 2021, all the documents including but not limited to: Warehousing Service Contract, storage confirmation,Warehouse Warrant, warehouse receipt, stock report, work sheet, invoice, etc.,shall be issued by the C. Steinweg entity where the cargo are actually stored,and to be specific:
Relevant documents of the cargo stored in the warehousein Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Zone, will be issued under the title of: C.STEINWEG LOGISTICS (SHANGHAI WAIGAOQIAO BONDED LOGISTICS ZONE) CO., LTD;
Relevant documents of the cargo stored in the warehousein Yangshan Free Trade Port, will be issued under the title of: SHANGHAIYANGSHAN FREE TRADE PORT C. STEINWEG LOGISTICS CO., LTD.
Now we are in process of signing a new versionof Warehousing Service Contract with our customers. If you have any questions regarding the execution of contracts, please contact our company directly asper the following information:
