国际院士科创中心·北欧中心在瑞典“哥德堡号”启动成立

2025年6月18日下午，第三十八届世界电动车大会圆满闭幕之后，国际院士科创中心创办人陈清泉院士与来自中国香港、北欧的院士与青年科学家汇聚于这艘象征中瑞友谊的古船会议厅，参加“国际院士科创中心 · 北欧中心（筹）启动仪式。这不仅是中瑞科技合作的一次历史性跨越，也为中欧未来的绿色科技与前沿研究开辟了一条新通道。

本次活动由国际院士科创中心主办，北欧时报作为承办方，主持人回顾了 "哥德堡号" 的传奇航程 ，从北纬的风雪港口到南方的古老文明，它不仅带回了商品，同时在两大洲播撒下理解与尊重的种子。如今，在承载着这些文化记忆的甲板上，国际院士科创中心设立的北欧中心，在此应运而生。

中瑞跨国科研合作火花在“哥德堡号”点燃

中国驻哥德堡总领馆商务领事韩景旸应邀参会并表示，受杨培栋总领事委托，向国际院士科创中心·北欧中心启动仪式表示祝贺，并回顾了中瑞科技商贸合作的互补优势，祝愿北欧中心发挥北欧和中国的科技专家力量，为人类命运共同福祉贡献才智。

来自香港大学、香港理工大学，同时为中英两

国工程院院士的陈清泉教授，以“电动化、智

能化、共享化”的主题，分享了他对电动汽车

和能源革命的深刻洞察。

Prof.C.C.Chan,from the University of Hong 

Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 

Academician of the Chinese Academy of 

Engineering and Follow of Royal Academy of

Engineering U.K., shared profound insights on

the theme of “Electrification, intelligence, and

 Internet Connected”in the energy revolution.

陈教授提出：电动汽车新征程的核心是从电动

化走向智能化和网联化，并提出开发电动汽车

的陈清泉理论，即智能集成汽车

（IIC,Intelligent Integrated Car)。今天电动

汽车的属性已经发生了变化，它不仅仅是交通

工具，而且是移动的能源和移动的通讯，所以

开发电动汽车除了传统的汽车工程理念，还要

有能源的理念及通讯的理念，应对目前两个挑

战，第一个挑战是电动汽车和电网的友好互

动，第二挑战是电动汽车和智能网联云端的友

好互动。

Prof. C.C. Chan proposed thephilosophical, 

scientific, and engineering thought  of the 

artificial intelligence engine, and the core 

the new  journey of electric vehicles is to 

move from  electrification to intelligence 

and internet connected.  He also put  

forward the "The C.C. Chan Theory " for 

the development of electric vehicles, namely, 

the concept  of the Intelligent Integrated 

Car(IIC). According to him, the attribute  of 

electric  vehicles has fundamentally changed:

 they are no longer just transportation means, 

but have become   mobile energy units and 

mobile communication platforms. Therefore, 

the development of electric vehicles today 

must not only traditional automotive 

engineering, but also those of energy systems 

and telecommunications. 

To address current challenges, he identified 

two key tasks:

 Ensuring a seamless integration between 

electric vehicles and the power grid; 

Establishing a smooth interface between  

electric vehicles and the cloud.

University and materials expert Cindy Li jointly

 presented advancements in graphene thermal 

dissipation film technology.

查尔姆斯理工大学的王二刚教授与Per Juhlin博士则带来了下一代碳基纳米流体冷却系统的研究进展。

Prof. Wang Ergang and Dr. Per Juhlin from 

Chalmers University of Technology showcased

 the progress in next-generation carbon-based 

nanofluid cooling systems.

东亚电池界专家邹长甫教授展示了可重构电池系统的新蓝图

Prof. Zou Changfu,a leading figure in East 

Asian battery research,unveiled a new 

blueprint for reconfigurable battery systems.

夏振源教授与Raymond Wang共同介绍了二维能源材料的电化学合成，在材料微观结构的掌控上开辟新径。 

Prof. Xia Zhenyuan and Raymond Wang 

introduced the electrochemical synthesis of 

two-dimensional energy materials,pioneering 

new approaches to controlling material 

microstructures.

与会中瑞院士专家和青年科学家们就各自研究领域和技术成果展开热烈的讨论，他们如启明星般点燃了跨国科研合作的智慧火花。他们不仅是科研人员，而是为中瑞之间的科技交流与合作搭建了友谊的桥梁。

瑞典时间下午五点半，国际院士科创中心主任岳媛女士宣布“国际院士科创中心·北欧中心”正式启动，来自世界各地的嘉宾共同合影留念，记录这一历史瞬间——仿佛回到了两百多年前，哥德堡号准备扬帆远航的那一刻，只不过这一次，所载的不是丝绸与茶叶，而是创新、知识与跨越时空的科技梦想。

晚风渐起，来自瑞典、中国香港的院士专家与来自香港、瑞典的青年科学家围坐一堂，在轻松愉悦的氛围中，对新能源、新材料与未来人类生活方式的影响进行探讨。 

今年，适逢中瑞建交75周年，国际院士科创中心·北欧中心的成立，将为中国与瑞典及北欧各国科学家、各大科研机构、企业家、投资机构，共同搭建国际科技交流与产业、金融资本合作枢纽。 

在这艘240年极具纪念意义的“哥德堡号”船舶上，满载着连接中欧科学家和青年创新者，共同构建和平友好、绿色未来的科技梦想，正在北欧港口悄然启航。

(Preparatory) Officially Launched 

at the historical Götheborg

In the midsummer of  Götheborg gentle harbor 

breezecarries sunlight across the shimmering 

sea, illuminating an ancient ship quietly 

moored at the  dock. This vessel, named the 

Goteborg, sailed 240 years ago laden with，

Sweden’s yearning for Eastern civilization, 

voyaging to Guangzhou, China ,and  

returning to Norden with porcelain, tea, silk,

 and  profound friendship.  Today, it once 

again becomes a historical witness to the

 International Academicians Science and

 Innovation Centre opening a new chapter

 in Sino-European scientific and 

technological exchanges and cooperation. 

On the afternoon of June 18, 2025 , following 

the successful conclusion of the 38^th 

International Electric Vehicle Symposium 

(EVS38), A group of scholars from China and

 the Nordic region gathered in the conference

 hall of this iconic ship, a symbol of 

Sino-Swedish friendship, to attend the launch

 ceremony of the International Academicians 

Science and Innovation Centre · Nordic 

Centre (Preparatory) . This milestone marks

 a historic leap in Sino-Swedish technological 

cooperation and opens new pathways for 

green technology and cutting-edge research

 between China and Europe. 

This event is hosted by the International 

Academicians Science and Innovation Centre, 

with the Nordic Times as the organizer, 

guiding attendees  through a journey across

 history and modernity. The host recounted the 

legendary voyage of the Goteborg—from the

 snowy ports of the North to the ancient 

civilizations of the South, returning not only 

with goods but also sowing seeds of 

understanding and respect across two 

continents. Today, on the deck that carries 

these cultural memories, the Nordic Centre 

established by the International Academicians 

Science and Innovation Centre has come into 

being here.  

Mr. Han Jingyang, Commercial Counselor at 

the Chinese Consulate General in Göteborg, 

attended and delivered remarks on behalf  of 

Consul General Yang, extending

congratulations on the center’s launch. He 

reviewed the complementary strengths of 

Sino-Swedish cooperation in science, 

technology, and trade, expressing hope that

 the center would harness the expertise of 

Nordic and Chinese scientists to contribute

 to the shared well-being of humanity.  

The lineup of distinguished guests was a 

microcosm of Sino-Swedish technological 

exchange Each speaker had just eight 

minutes, yet their presentations sparked

 inspiration like guiding stars, igniting the 

flame of transnational research collaboration.

They were not merely researchers but bridges

of technological resonance between China and

Sweden.  

At 5:30 PM, the ceremony reached its climax. 

As Ms. Yue Yuan, Director of the International 

Academicians Science and Innovation Centre,

 solemnly announced the Center (Preparatory)

 is official launched, applause reverberated

 across the deck. Standing by the wooden 

railings of the Götheborg, guests  from around

 the world gathered for a group photo, 

capturing this historic moment，a scene 

reminiscent of over two centuries ago when 

the Götheborg prepared to set sail. This time, 

however, the cargo was not silk or tea but 

innovation,knowledge, and a timeless dream

of technological advancement.  

As the evening breeze rose, the event 

continued at a nearby Nordic seafood 

restaurant. Academicians  from the Chinese 

Academy of Engineering and  young Swedish 

scientists sat together, engaging in deep 

discussions over glasses of wine about new 

energy, new materials, and the future of human

 lifestyles.  

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the 

establishmentof diplomatic relations between

 China and Sweden. The establishment of the

 International Academy of Sciences Innovation

 Center · Nordic Center will ccontribute 

modestly to building a hub for international 

scientific and technological exchanges, as well 

as industrial and financial capital cooperation, 

for scientists, major scientific research 

institutions, entrepreneurs, and technology and

 industry investment institutions from China, 

Sweden, and other Nordic countries.

On this highly commemorative ship 

“Götheborg" with a history of 240 years,  it is 

fully loaded with the scientific and 

technological dreams of connecting Chinese

 and European scientists and young innovators

 to jointly build a  peaceful, friendly and green 

future,and is quietly setting sail from a Nordic

 port.
