Stephenhas more than 30 years work experience in ergonomics consultation and training.He is one of the internationally recognized ergonomics experts. He has workedwith various industries both large and small in virtually all differentindustry sectors such as manufacturing, processing, construction, andagriculture. He is specialized in ergonomics job evaluations and interventions,ergonomics programs and product/process improvements. He has helped numerouscompanies and organizations improving their work productivity and work conditions.Stephen has trained many practitioners who are active ergonomics specialiststhese days in their respective workplaces. Stephen holds a Ph.D degree inindustrial ergonomics, a MSc. in medicine and a BSc in mechanical engineering.He is a certified professional ergonomist in USA (CPE) and Canada (CCPE). One of the first people who introduced ergonomics in China in 1985
One of the first people in the world who linked ergonomics and lean manufacturing
